Lucky Spins Casino - Payment run around


Customer service just gives you the run around I've been waiting over a week for my payment and live chat keeps giving the excuse that there having tecnical issues and as soon as there fixed they will process my payout and they will email me.then I called them and on Tuesday of last week and they said I would have it in 4 days so now it Monday 11/09/15 and still nothing that that still having issues that to give them 3 more days and this is that guy Scott in live chat it's like he lives there he is always there 24/7.I've been waiting long enough for them to process my winnings and I did not use there bonuses just my money straight cause with there bonus it's almost impossible to win cause you have to wager 49 to 50 times the bonus so all I want is my winnings and I'm done with this casino I don't recommend this casino to anybody bad service.they owe me $300 and I would appreciate it if they took care of this asap.thank you.

Ok well today is 11/12/2015 and I still haven't gotten a response from lucky spins casino.I can't even get them on the phone anymore and when I try to pull up there web site it blank nothing comes up and I tried there live chat and nothing they just disappered.I just want my winnings $300 does anyone have any suggestions cause I really don't know what to do they have all my info bank card number MY I'D number there out of Cyprus I think that's in the UK so if anyone can help I would really appreciate it.Thank You.

Lucky Spins Casino - Stalling my payment for months, worst customer support ever
I won money at Lucky spins casino back on 7/31. Submitted my docs and got approved. As of today, I have still not been paid, Emailed customer service so many times, i can't even remember. Got mostly ingnored and then when they did reply, keep telling me my withdrawal was proccessed and I would get it soon. Nothing happened so I tried live chat only to be told the same things. Told me they had a new proccesor and it would be further delayed. Then, I emailed again on 9/8 and this is what they told me,"Your winnings will be given to you in your card, we have already processed that to your card however we have just started that method so money will take approx 10 days to hit your account" This is now 9/26, it still shows "pending" since 9/9 on their site and no one will respond to any more emails. I will NEVER play here again, I just want the money I won fair and square. This is the worst customer service, and I use the term loosley, that I have ever encountered. They have done nothing but lie to me and continue to ignore me. I sent 2 more emails on 9/25 and of course, no reply.After many, many tries, I got this reply Hello Debbie, You need to wait 3 more working days and i am ensuring you that you will get your moeny with a free chip with no max cash out as we promised you. Scott Lucky spins Casino That was on 10/2. Still nothing. They just keep saying 10 more days, 3 more days, 48 hrs, it just goes on and on... I am so tired of this whole ordeal and just want my money. If anyone know what else I can do or lend a hand, let me know!
