Loot Casino

I played here at Lootcasino. Deposited 50 GBP and got lucky. I have 5000 now and for 1 week or so I am trying to withdraw them. I deposited using my Paypal account from bank directly. I submitted all the documents they needed. Including a card I ussed a log time but is not registered in paypal anymore. I got several ( around 10 or 12) messages from customer service, few of them telling the account is verified and I should be cleared to withdraw. When I try to withdraw I get a message that they cannot process it. And then somebody tells me my card picture was rejected. First the card picture is really perfect and clear and according to the instructions with the middle 8 digits hidden. Second the card was registered a while back but never used in a year. I do not know what to do more, it is useless to write or to try to withdraw because all is happening again and again. Customer service almost inexisten only by email, takes forever and write nonsense. The mother company jumpman Gaming does not answer to complains either as advertised at lootcasino. These people just do nor answer at all. I am not sure how they function at all to be honest.

Verification carries on getting rejected even though submitted the correct documents and they won’t let me withdraw till they accept it. It just carries on saying pending and I receive emails saying documents rejected but when I send them an email asking why, they don’t respond even though I send the correct documents.

The attached files of the card I sent is which is proof of card I used to deposit that gets rejected and also proof of address is the other file which gets rejected, which you can see is correct.

I’m a new player at Loot Casino. I verified my identity and address with the Casino. For deposits, I’ve been using my PayPal account. Despite that I’ve send all the requested by the Casino, seems that I can’t pass the verification process for my PayPal account. I have provided all the proof required to process my payout. I have provided Casino with both pictures and screenshots of my PayPal account details confirming my name ,address and my card details (same card that I’ve made the payment from). However ,they have rejected all the proof I provided and delayed paying my winnings. There does not appear to be any reasonable justification for this delay. I received back automatic emails. No phone nr available to contact them.

I just want to withdraw my winnings. Is very frustrating knowing that I have account with other Casino, providing the same as I did with Loot Casino and I had no issue in withdrawing my money. Seems very difficult to please them.

Loot casino have taken £1599.58 out of my account via what they have called an admin adjustment. They won’t reply to any of my emails when I am trying to ask them why… I have evidence of this. I have submitted a complaint against them which was a week ago and I expected a reply working 2 days but not had nothing back.
