I’m a new player at Loot Casino. I verified my identity and address with the Casino. For deposits, I’ve been using my PayPal account. Despite that I’ve send all the requested by the Casino, seems that I can’t pass the verification process for my PayPal account. I have provided all the proof required to process my payout. I have provided Casino with both pictures and screenshots of my PayPal account details confirming my name ,address and my card details (same card that I’ve made the payment from). However ,they have rejected all the proof I provided and delayed paying my winnings. There does not appear to be any reasonable justification for this delay. I received back automatic emails. No phone nr available to contact them.
I just want to withdraw my winnings. Is very frustrating knowing that I have account with other Casino, providing the same as I did with Loot Casino and I had no issue in withdrawing my money. Seems very difficult to please them.
