Verification and withdrawal rejected


Verification carries on getting rejected even though submitted the correct documents and they won’t let me withdraw till they accept it. It just carries on saying pending and I receive emails saying documents rejected but when I send them an email asking why, they don’t respond even though I send the correct documents.

The attached files of the card I sent is which is proof of card I used to deposit that gets rejected and also proof of address is the other file which gets rejected, which you can see is correct.

The other pictures are proof of them getting rejected.

I have done a withdrawal request only once but has been pending for a while now and it said as my verification documents are getting rejected it may just go back to my casino account balance which I don’t want I want it to be withdrawn. The amount I’m withdrawing is £583
