Lets Bet Casino - Account closed and my money taken based on unproven accusations

Hello Askgamblers,

Yesterday I deposited 50€ with a bonus and played some slots and lost. I then deposited 1000€, and won 1300€ on blackjack after a few rounds. I then made a withdrawal of the full amount of 2300€.

The casino sent me an email today saying that they have closed my account and will not pay me my money. They are saying that I have broken these terms on their casino:

5.2 In order to register and open an Account you will be asked to provide us with accurate, current and complete personal information, which may include your name, date of birth, contact details (including an address, telephone number and email address), and any other identification that we may ask for, such as copy utility bills and/or photo identification (together the Registration Data). You agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it accurate, current and complete. You should immediately notify us of any change to your Registration Data via the email address you use to register your Account. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may in our sole discretion deny you access to areas of the Service requiring registration, or suspend or terminate your Account, pending further investigation.

5.4 Letsbet will not register an account on behalf on any individual and, where an individual has already been registered, Letsbet will cancel that individual's registration as a player if it becomes aware that individual has provided false information when registering as a player, and further reserve the right to confiscate any winnings available on the account.

6.1.3 Suspend and/or cancel the participation of an Account Holder in promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever Letsbet is of the opinion that there are legitimate concerns that a Letsbet Account is, has been or may be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices.

I have absolutely not broken any of above mentioned rules. I have registered only 1 account which I have provided truthful and accurate information of.

Thank you in beforehand for your help in this situation. I feel like this is absolutely outrageous and that the casino is trying to steal my honest winnings.

Hi! After registration I get FS. It will take some time but appeared in the game. I decided to make deposit with sport welcome bonus and I wager it. Withdrawal with verification took 3 days. I will probably go back there.

Live support works only on 12- 20. First verification its difficult for me. But verification is only once then you can supposedly withdraw. I waited 2 days for freespin :(

Lets bet casino is a place I heard first about a few months ago when I was participating at Slotsfighter. They were mentioned there a couple of times and that got me very curious about what they had to offer.

The casino itself has several well known providers including Netent and when I saw that they were offering 100% welcome bonus along with free spins, I didn't hesitate and registered right away.

I read through their terms several times and the main reason I registered was for the welcome bonus. As you make your first deposit in the casino, you are eligible for a great 100% match bonus that comes with only 35x wagering and you also get 100 free spins! When I saw that, I thought that maybe it was deposit + bonus wagering as lately a lot of casinos are implementing this kind of bonus wagering. However, this wasn't the case. I spoke with one of their live chat agents regarding this and I was assured that the wagering was attached only to bonus funds.

Without any doubt, after registering and verifying my email, I went to make my deposit. They have credit/debit card options, ewallets as well as trustly. And although they claim to have e-wallets and have their icons on the footer of the website, when I tried to open my deposit methods, they weren't available. Nevertheless, I entered my card details and proceeded with the deposit. But it didn't work. I tried two more times but after my internet bank showed the message of successful transaction, I got a message in the casino that a problem has occurred. I was getting upset and reached out to support.

The agent was quite unfriendly and I had to wait a long time to get any reply. I was told that my only option to deposit was via Trustly and unfortunately it wasn't working for me and I personally don't use Trustly. When I asked about Neteller and Skrill, I was told that they offer them but only in main locations. That shocked me as I live in Malta and I've never had a casino limiting my deposit methods due to not living in a "main territory". When I asked reasonings for this, I was told it's up to their management.

A couple of days later I tried to give them justice and tried to make a deposit once again. And the same error message came up. I was so frustrated with this as I believe that players deserve to have the same options for payments as, living in Malta, I use my ewallets on the daily. Also the attitude from customer support was rude and made me feel unwelcome. If it wasn't for that, I would recommend to try them as they have interesting concept, good bonus and nice game collection.

As a member since their Beta launch, I had high hopes for this site. Layout is excellent, game selection impressive, hourly races, built in rewards scheme, multiple payment methods, promises of fast payout..

Seemed to check all the boxes.

Unfortunately encountered hassles with verification, small inconveniences, but not smooth and simple as preferred. Despite this, I made multiple deposits and played a decent amount without any issues.

When I attempted my first withdrawal, it failed. After retrying on multiple browsers, across multiple devices and experiencing the same, Support said they didn't understand why and asked me to check back the following day. Following day, same results, no new answers, no expectation on when it would be resolved, basically.. hurry up and wait..

Later in the day, impatient, I played out my funds.. eliminating the need for the answers I never received regarding why my withdrawal failed, when it would be corrected or any of the expected "sense of urgency" to keep a player not only calm and understanding, but also reassured and willing to re extend the trust that comes with every deposit.

Perhaps the payment issue would have been resolved, but the lack of contact, updates or general give a *&^% left me completely unimpressed and generally unforgiving.
