I am very disappointed with this site at the moment. Made a withdrawal on Tuesday which should of took between 0-24 hours which it wasn't, then on Thursday got an email to change what bank in went into so I did this and then 6 hours after got the same email again. I explained that I did this already and they told me I didn't, did it again and 6 emails later they said it was there mistake.
Then made around 15 deposits that day and 2 of them for £50.00 was denied for some reason but then when I went on internet banking they had took the 2 denied withdrawals out of my bank. Sent them screen shots from internet banking to prove they had taken it so now it's under investigation and got to wait 4 days for them to even look at this. This is just not good enough.
They always give same excuse that it's a public bank holiday in Barcelona. A professional casino should have someone working there financial department everyday.

Brilliant site with a fantastic VIP service delivered by an attentive VIP manager. VIP status entitles you to fast payout, it's normally in your account the next day. There is a VIP Facebook page with regular games, promotions and winner celebrations. It's more like a community and has a great personal approach.
Things seem to fall apart when the VIP manager, Sarah isn't in work. Other customer service agents fall short and in my opinion require some coaching on the phone.
