I am very disappointed with this site at the moment. Games ok and very fast verification. All seemed ok until I made a withdrawal then it went down hill
Made a withdrawal on Tuesday which should of took between 0-24 hours which it wasn't, then on Thursday got an email to change what bank in went into so I did this and then 6 hours after got the same email again. I explained that I did this already and they told me I didn't, did it again and 6 emails later they said it was there mistake.
Then made around 15 deposits that day and 2 of them for £50.00 was denied for some reason but then when I went on internet banking they had took the 2 denied withdrawals out of my bank. Sent them screen shots from internet banking to prove they had taken it so now it's under investigation and got to wait 4 days for them to even look at this. This is just not good enough.
They always give same excuse that it's a public bank holiday in Barcelona. A professional casino should have someone working there financial department everyday.
Stay clear people there are a lot better casinos out there.

Used to be great when Sarah was there. Literally the day after she left no service at all . Have now been told to re log a complaint 3 times. Have sent approximately 300 emails with acknowledgment that received by the company yet still not dealt with. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

Feels like it's going out of business now. No VIP service, poor call centre staff with no authority and just a general feeling that it's not a safe place to spend money anymore.

A decent little site with pretty generous deposit bonus match offers which DON'T tie the players D&B immediately to the wagering, players can still withdrawal from winnings accumulated by their deposit if they have not exhausted the deposit funds and used bonus funds. This makes it much fairer for the player and I have deposited and made a withdrawal and received the money in good time so for the reasons above i rate the casino well.

Great VIP service and super fast payouts. The level of support second to none and all issues have always been dealt with in one call. Also payouts tend to be with you in 24 hours, big improvement on the likes of Mfortune.
Offshore non VIP support team don't have slot of authority are a bit robotic and not really any help. They do stop me from making this a 10 out of 10 review.

Okay have to say these reviews keep flagging on my email they are clearly not genuine players I have looked and I have spent in excess of 37k with probability in two years they were great prior to being sold since then customer service is appalling pay outs are far slower! I could cash out prior to the sale and two days later it would be in my bank account anything from £50 to 20k the last few times I used them before I moved into a far better company they were taking over a week! - and only responding to some emails and again I was a vip customer and they were no better!
Very poor slow customer service. Slow payouts. Not efficient and don't follow leglaslation or guidelines.

This is a Sister casino to Slotsmillion. So far, my experience here has been very good.
Customer service are very helpful and respond in a timely manner. The two withdrawals I have made have arrived in my bank account within 24hours even after a weekend cashout. In my view, there could be more choice of slots, although, I do see some new ones have been added, It would be nice to see some NextGen slots, but then you can't please everyone.
I will continue to play here as it ticks most of the boxes I want from a Casino.
More choice of slots would be the icing on the cake, deposit via Paypal would also be an advantage for me.
