I love this site, lots of fun games to choose from and also my VIP manger Sarah is always there to help when needed.

Great variety of games, excellent support, some great payouts quick withdrawals. And the Vip manager is the best 😀

A decent little site with pretty generous deposit bonus match offers which DON'T tie the players D&B immediately to the wagering, players can still withdrawal from winnings accumulated by their deposit if they have not exhausted the deposit funds and used bonus funds. This makes it much fairer for the player and I have deposited and made a withdrawal and received the money in good time so for the reasons above i rate the casino well.

Customer support was also very helpful which is a plus.

My dislikes would be the lack of WMS slots, other than that I can't think of any other issues I had here and would be happy to try my luck again at Lady Lucks.

Dreamin riches is one of my favorite games. I have won many times om this and Sarah, my vip manager is great always willing to help and very fare adding me free bonuses for the times I just play to destress. Great site and loads of fun.

Slow website. Crashes allot (normally when your winning always end up loosing free spins as it's crashed).

Poor service. Slow payout. Rubbish vip service regardless of how much you spend.

Slow response time. Complaints left not resolved. They also leave fake reviews on here from staff.

I like playing Ocean's Hoard, Reindeer Readies and Money Miner. Really great games, 100% fabulous people, great site lay out, pay out on time, a near had any problems with customer service.

Being upset and sad and I don't like it when I don't win but that's just me win or lose sometimes have trouble getting though.

Great VIP service and super fast payouts. The level of support second to none and all issues have always been dealt with in one call. Also payouts tend to be with you in 24 hours, big improvement on the likes of Mfortune.

Offshore non VIP support team don't have slot of authority are a bit robotic and not really any help. They do stop me from making this a 10 out of 10 review.

Okay have to say these reviews keep flagging on my email they are clearly not genuine players I have looked and I have spent in excess of 37k with probability in two years they were great prior to being sold since then customer service is appalling pay outs are far slower! I could cash out prior to the sale and two days later it would be in my bank account anything from £50 to 20k the last few times I used them before I moved into a far better company they were taking over a week! - and only responding to some emails and again I was a vip customer and they were no better!

Very poor slow customer service. Slow payouts. Not efficient and don't follow leglaslation or guidelines.

Poor customer service since probability Gibraltar was sold, the customer service has gone from amazing to the the worst I have ever dealt with! Don't contact customers back and withhold money without any reason!!!
