Kassu Casino - Casino claiming to have paid out but haven't

I thought this would be resolved before the casino was going to be shut down but it's taken far longer than I anticipated. Nearly a year ago I tried to make a withdrawal of £275.04 after 8 months of painful back-and-forth verification the casino said it had been paid out. I should've screenshotted the account before the casino was shut down. I have checked the site currently and it says to email support about pending withdrawals, as mine still hasn't been paid into my account it is pending. I have attached a screenshot of the website to back up this statement.

There are no payments from Kassu on my bank account at all that should be enough evidence to show I have not been paid by this casino. They are no longer replying to my emails even though it states that customer support is still active.

My bank statement is unchanged since September last year (meaning I have not had a single payment into the account since September last year), if you check email1 the customer support agent states the withdrawal was supposedly paid into my account on 9/11. I have taken a photo (my banking app doesn't let me screenshot) of the bank balance to date to show that it is unchanged as further proof and have sent this to them along with the bank statement as you can see in email1. You can see the dates in the emails below, email3 was my last attempt at getting them to pay out but they have ignored my last two emails completely.

It's been nearly a year since I tried to make this withdrawal I just want my money!

Kassu Casino - Not received funds for three days as promised

I have played for Kassu some time now and I really enjoyed this casino until this nightmare I am in now. 10 days ago I was requested to verify my bank account when I made a withdrawal. I verified and sent all requested documents and verified my id and address. It got approved and I received my funds. I have made several withdrawals since that time and it has always worked totally fine and been paid out quickly. But this last weekend I made two withdrawals. One of 800 pounds and one of 130 pounds.

On Sunday I received the first confirmation email that it been paid out and 3 hours later I received the last one of 130. I've always received the funds seconds after I received the confirmation email but I never received the 800 pounds only the 130. I understood something was wrong so I contacted their live chat and they escalated it to relevant department. I have now for 3 days tried to get an update or a reply.

The support say it have been technical issues, someone said my bank account wasn't verified even though I sent screen shots of when I sent it 10 days ago. It's impossible to get to speak with someone and I never get any reply when this relevant department will come back to me. I asked them to handle this with high priority because 800 pounds is a lot of money and it doesn't feel good that these have just disappeared. It's also very strange that I received the payout of 130 and another one for 50 pounds that I dis yesterday. Something smells fishy and I'm thinking if this can be reported to any authority.

Kassu Casino - 7 days and still not received my winnings

7 days and still not received my winnings!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and cannot believe the endless delays and hurdles they put in front of customers who win money and want to be paid out. I made a deposit through Apple Pay and expected my withdrawal to be paid instantly. Instead they needed to verify me manually even after the third party vendor system already verified me when I registered.

I have been waiting almost 7 days for my winnings and still not received my money. At the time of writing this i have been promised my money will arrive on Monday as they apparently processed the withdrawal on Thursday and i received this below unsure why you would say 'if for some reason the funds don't reach me they want my bank statement and will launch an investigation'? They can track the transfer through their bank and how would this ever go wrong ? I have read really concerning reviews about people waiting weeks and months for their payouts.

"Please note that the funds arrival can take up to 3 working days from the day the transaction was approved, this was done 2022-03-09 17:04 GMT. Please allow until next week for the funds to arrive. If for some reason the funds have not reached you then, we will request a bank statement from you and conclude a full investigation."

I am ready to write a very detailed review about my experiences and lodge a complaint with the Gambling Commission about many things if the money is not in my account on Monday (in less than 48 hours

Kassu casino is a quite new online casino that I discovered earlier in December. I know they're a part of Genesis casino group and I've had only good experiences thus far so I decided to give this new casino of theirs a try.

One thing I already was aware of, was the fact that they have a great variety of game provider like Netent, Microgaming, Play n Go and others. So I knew I'd have a great time with choosing games to play.

The casino also offers quite good welcome bonus package and I decided to claim the first deposit bonus they offer. After the quick signup, I made a deposit of 30 eur and received a 30 eur match bonus. There's also free spins on top that are divided in sets of 30 per day, but since they were on Starburst Ior few other slots, that wasn't really the selling point for me. What was though, was the wagering requirements that are only 40x bonus amount. But a thing to remember is that the bonus is a parachute bonus so until you reach bonus balance, you can withdraw your cash balance and you haven't started the wagering yet. Not my favorite bonus generally, but quite fair.

With my balance I started off with Drive Multiplayer Mayhem slot with 0.45 cent bets. The game wasn't giving me any bonuses or big wins so when my balance dropped to 20eur, I decided to give Reactoonz a shot. With minimum bets I managed to get Gargantoon feature with 60x bet payout that boosted my balance a bit, but as I continued to play the slot, it eventually took my balance entirely. I played my spins for the next few days but didn't manage to make a withdrawal out of them.

Overall I had a really nice time at Kassu casino, I like their game selection and bonus terms. I didn't have a reason to contact support as no issues appeared and I believe I'll play there again. Nothing to complain about, so I'd give them 9/10 so far.

At first I like playing at casinos from the Genesis group. They have a reliable reptation.

Customer service is polite, helpfull and attentive.

One of the best free spin offers up to 300 spins on welcome offer. Spins were available at Gonzos Quest.

They have a good selection of slots, atleast good enough for me but the selection they offer is not impressive.

I always received my funds most of the time within 24-48 h. Always received pay outs from parent company Genesis. Verification required after cashing out a certain amount. When you need to verify a casino affiliated to Genesis Ltd you have to verify almost all accounts atleast in my case. I started the verification proces for multiple online casinos affiliated to the Genesis group around the same time and completed it first with Kassu because they dealt with it most quickly.

I am also most lucky at Kassu compared to all Genesis affiliated casinos so thatswhy I rate Kassu a little bit better as all other affiliated casinos.

Site could look better and be more user friendly in multiple ways. The sliding bar is annoying and a bit out of time these days. I suggest some quick wins in optimizing the search feature and add other payment methods like bitcoin and more payment providers like muchbetter eg.

They have a good selection of slots but I can mention to many slots from different providers Kassu is missing

The Only good thing i could mention about this site is that they have almost all of the slots and live casino games u can find to loose your money on .

It's mentioned in the home page Quick Withdrawals but that's a total non sense, I have requested a withdraws 10 Days back exactly and their is not one document they have not requested it's like purchasing a new home.

I sent the last requested documents 48 hours ago and still no responses after 10 Days of time of back and forth decisions.

I don't suggest anyone to try this website their are many many more websites i have played in that have a much better customer services and responses time .

Same as most casino's. Just a huge downfall with there withdrawals. It's telling me the positive part is too short to post my review but I don't have anything positive too right?

Having a 48 hour pending time on withdrawals is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age when there are sites out there that do instant cash withdrawals to your visa debit.

Attractive website and lots of slots with potentially great bonuses (if you get them - see below). Live chat very responsive and I'm sure they try their best.

When I opened a new account and deposited I was restricted from the bonus (manager decision) even though I'm a completely new customer. They now won't let me have my money back without paying a withdrawal fee and penalty. I should have been notified I'm not allowed the bonus before depositing really, quite a shady practice.
