The VIP section doesn't exist. If like me you play a reasonable amount of money at the casino please don't be enticed here by the so called VIP benefits.
I was told a month ago that my VIP account manager would set up a cashback system on my account... Not true.
I was told that I would receive regular VIP bonuses and match deposit offers... Not a single one ever.
I went to live chat on numerous occasions asking to be contacted by my account manager and literally every time I was told the same thing. "your account manager is working the night shift tonight and will contact you when he's in the office later" never heard anything back. I have since been told that I actually don't even have an account manager assigned yet so these were blatant lies.
Every deposit I have made here has been made under false promises.
Every time you ask them to clarify something that is claimed to be offered to VIPs you get told that they will contact you by email and they never do. Then you're forced to go back to live chat explain what's happening and you get told again that you will be contacted by email. The email just never comes. It's a cycle.
The only thing I have had actually explained was the monthly VIP prize draw. Firstly this doesn't happen every month as was explained, however every now and then players can enter into a competition where players will earn points based on amount of deposits and play and the leaders will receive prizes. Emmmm this is a leaderboard, not a prizedraw. The big giveaway would be the lack of anything being drawn...
Honestly, if like me you come to this site before registering to a new site, please believe what I say as I have nothing to benefit from saying it. This site is not to be trusted. The lies and deception may even be considered criminal. How can you promise benefits to a person spending money there and then never actually give any of the benefits promised?

Unfortunately this is the second time I'm having to review Kassu but on this occasion the second point I wanted to make people aware of happened after my first.
My first review was made after they had take over 2 months to process a withdrawal despite acknowledging that the KYC process had already been completed. In this time period they had repeatedly ignored 9 emails direct to there customer service and complaints team.
Fed up of being ignored I left them a negative review on here and funnily enough they responded saying the withdrawal had been processed and that if I had any further issues I should contact them. Note: This was a response to the review and not to any of the 9 unanswered emails.
On review of the withdrawal I noticed that I was short changed by £104 (£1043 withdrawal) and on there advice I made contact with them via email. Once again, I have been ignored.
In summary, do not use Kassu.

Had 100% match managed to win £500 from £50 deposit, less than 24 hours and its processed and in my bank account.

Kassu are extremely quick at taking deposits without asking for any upfront documentation. Given the introduction of the UK Gambling Commissions regulations stating that documentation must be requested upfront Kassu should really be respected for offering an alternative platform that bypasses these regulations.
You are probably better off donating to charity as Kassu only respect losing customers and will delay withdrawals hoping you forget.
My experience follows the experience of the majority of the other people reviewing here, so I apologies for echoing what everyone else has said.
If you happen to win, you will have to fight fight and fight, to get your money. First comes the standard documentation request. When you comply with that, you'll be asked to send more documentation but with hand written notes. Once you've sent that you'll be told that your winnings will be returned to your bank (this was 5th Feb). When you question when they'll return your funds, you will be ignored. At least 7 emails over the last 3 weeks have been ignored. These have been sent to support and the complaints email. Account blocked so can't contact Live Support either.
I don't normally post on review boards but it would appear as though they respond, which is interesting given they don't respond to customers contacting them via support emails. If someone from Kassu is going to respond, please can I suggest you respond to my emails to your support email address instead.
In anticipation of the response "we do always respond to our customers to provide the information we owe them", you clearly don't as there are 7 emails simply asking when the withdrawal will be processed and asking you to confirm that you have everything you require in order to process it.

Won't pay out, when you request a withdrawal they immediately block your account and won't tell you why 3 weeks later they say it's a random security check and request KYC docs with extra handwritten notes. The fact they can't even tell you how long it will take them to do something a most sites can do is hours definitely got alarm bells ringing, as others have said chat tell you different things every time so they are obviously lying and everything they tell you in chat never happens! And conveniently you can't contact the department that blocks you and neither can chat all they do is 'escalate' your case then you never hear back....same across their whole group and don't seem to care it's against UKGC regulations even when you tell them point blank and send them links to show them what they are doing isn't allowed. FYI everyone they are supposed to request KYC docs BEFORE you deposit and play and by law they are not allowed to withhold payments for document requests that could of been made earlier, sadly this is common practice for them.....STAY AWAY....... To be honest there is no much to say about good this about this casino nor any other relates or as they say sister casinos of Genesis group. Absolute rip off, so careless on chat help and they try everything to deceive you. Just read my story below and you will be shocked. I am doing this to stop them rip off others. This is not fair.

When you sign up with one of the genesis group casinos all others keep emailing you to drag you to sign up with them as well so in my case I was with sloty that received email from kassu.
As from first day I was suspicious about kassu I didn't do my usual 100-200 deposits. I just did 20 to try. Played it and they gave me 20 spins a day as promised. So I thought possibly I miss judge them. They keep emailing me with their bonuses so a few days ago I decided to do my second deposit. As still didn't feel good with them just deposited 10 pounds. But guess what when I tried to play game my balance shows 0 zero. I thought it's one of those browser issues so log off and log back in still my balance 0 and it asking me to deposit again.
So immediately I contacted them and I expected they return my 10 pounds as it's only 10 pounds and I expected a quick apology. Guess what to this time that I leaving this review they have done everything said all sort of nonsense to try stealing this 10er. First they said we will defo sort this within 24 hours. When you contact kassu chat they have no idea what has happened so you have to keep explaining and depend on the operator answering you, you get different answer, different excuse. The last guy shocked me said do you know why you don't see your despoiled money because you used second deposit bonus!! So we gave you 20 free spin instead of 10 pounds you deposited! Lol wud u believe this. After explaining and ruining my day and after 15 min explanation he found out he's talking none sense and he said same thing 24hours we will contact you.
All this aside now listen to this. After 2-3 days I finally received email from investigation department saying in one line, As you owe us fees we deduct fees if your deposit money !!! And that's it. Fees. What fees, details of fees, whilst I deposited with my own bank debit card and whilst they even don't charge fees on deposits they stolen my money that easy without any reasonable answer without returning my money apology or anything.
And you have to leave few reviews here until possibly askgambelers accept your review. So now I imagine how many people decide to inform others about these casinos scandals but they were not able to and they just call off! I hope askgamblers finally accept this review and publish it. I don't like the bonus policy across the full genesis group casinos. In other words only bonus funds contribute towards wager requirements and if you do get the deposit bonus you will have to loose all your cash first cash. Cash wagers do not count towards wager requirements and really if your account wagers faster than winning so will the bonus across the full casino. At that point a different deposit is needed because that deposit has lost.
