When you first register on the casino there is no visual information about you needing to proof adress, ID and proof of source of income in order to make a withdrawal. When you eventually find out there is an option to pay 3$ for an instant transfer, however the transfer takes up to 24 h to even be processed by customer service. So you pay 3$ for a service that is much slower and more time consuming that many other casinos which offer instant withdrawals for free. So don't pay for the"instant withdrawals" it's not even processed the same day.

This casino site do not take the responsible gambling part serious. I played for a couple of days and lost around 1000€ so I wanted to cool of a little bit and sat the deposit limit to 20€ . In the text it says that if you change the limit it will take 7 days until your limit will change. BUT you can change the deposit limit and loss limit how many times you will. 10 times a day if you want to. What’s the point of having a limit then??
I wrote to the casino about this and I didn’t even get an answer, they say they have a live chat but they don’t. And they are not responding on email. It is one of the worst experience I had in the casino industry. After I sent several emails I tried to login to my account and found out it was blocked. And I haven’t received anything about that. NO RESPOND AT ALL.
For me it’s a scam casino, and they have MGA license? How is that possible?

Good game selection, where they offer most of the games from the big players, however limited with pragmatic play games I thought.
Customer service responded quickly, however fluent response
I deposited 3300 euros and there were incredibly high gear surcharges and fees associated with this. I played the money up to 5400 euros and set a loss limit of 1 euro. This was done this morning. Disappointed of course that I played away the win but without looking at the balance I find that now was down to 2500 euros despite the loss limit. That the page lets you set boundaries but then not follow these feels scary.

JustSpin Casino confiscated €5,880 of my real money winnings after I fully completed all bonus wagering requirements. According to their own terms: ‘All winnings from bets placed while having an active bonus are considered to be bonus money and will be converted to real money only after bonus wagering requirements are met.’ I completed my bonus wagering on 28.02.2025 and my balance became real money. I continued playing and won €9,025 on Tropicool 4, but the casino retroactively applied a bonus win cap and took €5,880. They gave inconsistent explanations, first claiming a €2,000 cap, then €4,000, and refused to provide the official timestamp of when wagering was completed. The case was escalated to eCOGRA, but JustSpin provided misleading information, resulting in an unfair outcome. I filed a complaint to MGA on 30 June 2025, yet over 3 months later they have not responded. I have full browser logs, HTML game history, and video recordings proving the exact timeline. Extremely poor transparency and unfair treatment by both the casino and MGA.
