Dear,

I sat a limit of 80 eur per week when signup on Justspin. I deposited 76 eur and then I was able to change my deposit limits however I wanted. So I ended up depositing 253 eur more.

I have screen recorded a video of how i'm able to change the limit without any cooldown of 7 days as it says on the limit page. This is a major problem for me as a gambling addict to be able to change the limit without any cooldown.

Therefore i'm asking for a refund because your players protection does not work.

Would be great to know Askgamblers, how long time can they just send the same reply after the timer has count down?
They could do this for months.. Can't be so hard to just check the problem and see that the limit did not work, just watch the video i uploaded and you will understand.
