Payment is missing
I made a withdrawal (500 euros) 16.6. It was accepted at the same day, later in the evening. After a few days I chatted with customer service because the money wasn't in my bank and he confirmed that the money has been sent to me. After waiting one week, I send them email and told them that the money hasn't come my bank account. I was asked kindly to send information where is all my incomings to my bank account from 16.6. and days after that, which I did. Few days after I send email again and asked what was going on and I was told that they have paid the money but they are not sure where it is at the moment. I was allso told that they are trying to find the money. I have now been waiting 16 days. I have been sending email every day and ask, have they found them and how long this is going to take. Past 3 days they haven't even answered to me anymore.
