Support response is quick and polite but useless, as they seem uncapable to do anything.
Well the fast loading is the only positive thing I can say about it.
Most of the games ( Play'n GO , Netent ) simply don't load with an error message can't load the game. Contacted support on every single occasion and I got no support whatsoever.
