Hi Askgamblers, I need your help.
I have 3 pending withdrawals in total of 15 000€. Each of them 5 000€. Two of them since 26/9 and the last one since 27/9.
I submitted my passport and selfie with passport on 28/9 to their data protection department for KYC and since than I didn’t hear from them.
I contacted my VIP manager Helga and have been told to be patient. I have 15 000€ pending and 59 000€ on my account . I am afraid for my money can you please help me?

We are sorry to inform you that we have technical maintenance with Jeton, which means some withdrawals are temporarily unavailable via Jeton. We are working to return this method. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
We have contacted AKRALJEV and proposed an alternative method to avoid any delays. Several withdrawals were approved and are waiting to appear in customers' account.
Regarding the KYC procedure, we understand it might be a bit longer than expected, but this process usually requires some time for our specialist to be done.
