I filed a complaint to the casino regarding failure of closing my account permantly May 13th. According to their own terms complaint shall be dealt with within 2 days. On June 16 they are finished with their investigation. And suprisingly accuse me of violating terms regarding eligable users. I am a swedish citizen but have never used their service in Sweden only in Norway where i work and reside.

But they grant me a refund anyway but they keeping 35% just because i violated their terms.. so instead of refunding 8335€ they offer 5417€.

Which was fine, i accepted their offer.
But they dont hold up to agreement because no money have been refunded, no answers of the status or anything.
Then i read of other cases with some have waited for several months and still have not recived it.
I need your help to either get it paid out, or at least give update why it takes that long to payout an granted approved refund that we both agrees on for the sum 5417€ this was initial suposed to be paid in crypto since that is not what i have used when depostied but i have prepered them by provide iban and also proof that its my account also i have passed verification and also kyc so it is absolutly no reason for the delay.
To be honest i am worried after all i have read about them now that they simply will ignore me and not pay promised amount.

Hi,


I will sign the agreement if you change the condition that the payment is in btc and to be paid within the week.

It is not certain my bank will accept selapayments so to avoid any problem stick to the asset i been using all along.


There is no reason to have a timeframe of another month when it has been delayed so long already.

They blame that they cannot make the refund until 1 month due to bank restrictions.

Which is laughable as I know for a fact that they have managed to refund in other cases within a couple of days.

I won't accept any more delay, if there will be no refund so i have the payment in my account by Wednesday 17 July I will take it to court.

And i have signed the contract already my name is in the end, < full name removed > and also the date it was signed 8/7 2024.

This is another attemt of you delay this.

There are no restictions of you sending the money with iban this very instant. I even have proof of this.

Do not test my patience. You have until wednsday then i will take it to court.

This will be far more expensiv and this you already are aware of i guess.

This is not solved.
And they have not refunded.

It has been a total waiting since may 10th.
And they granted refund june 16th

Everything i signed kyc is done etc etc.

And they still dont pay.

Today i turn it to the authorities.

There is no reasonbale explaination to this delay.
The blame it on banking restrictions but thats a lie.
I am tired of this and all exuses they have a timeline and today is the last day and it Will almost certain remian unsolved after today.

Another week has passed with no refund yet. Over 2 months since intial complaint. 1 month since you agreed to refund 5417€ but still nothing. No explaination on why its delayed no timeline at all. Execept that the refund will be processed within 20 business days.
There is no reason on delaying the payment. I have asked several time that you process it since i suspekt there may be a problem with my bank accept the payment. So could you please be so kind and process it so i have a chance to give you another accountnr. I will soon be going on holiday and wont be able to respond on anything then. I will be out of internet sort of speech. I have a couple of days left.
I know you said ”Up to 20 busniessdays” but there is nothing left, no verifikation no kyc etc etc
So please Judtbit would you be so kind and process it now, so we can make adjustment in case of problems with bank (i have several times expressed my worries about this)

Even with your 20 days count it has alreasy been soon 14 and only 6 days left.
So next week is final and please dont wait to the last minute…
