Refund granted but not paid


I filed a complaint to the casino regarding failure of closing my account permantly May 13th. According to their own terms complaint shall be dealt with within 2 days. On June 16 they are finished with their investigation. And suprisingly accuse me of violating terms regarding eligable users. I am a swedish citizen but have never used their service in Sweden only in Norway where i work and reside.

But they grant me a refund anyway but they keeping 35% just because i violated their terms.. so instead of refunding 8335€ they offer 5417€.

Which was fine, i accepted their offer.
But they dont hold up to agreement because no money have been refunded, no answers of the status or anything.
Then i read of other cases with some have waited for several months and still have not recived it.
I need your help to either get it paid out, or at least give update why it takes that long to payout an granted approved refund that we both agrees on for the sum 5417€ this was initial suposed to be paid in crypto since that is not what i have used when depostied but i have prepered them by provide iban and also proof that its my account also i have passed verification and also kyc so it is absolutly no reason for the delay.
To be honest i am worried after all i have read about them now that they simply will ignore me and not pay promised amount.

Another week has passed with no refund yet. Over 2 months since intial complaint. 1 month since you agreed to refund 5417€ but still nothing. No explaination on why its delayed no timeline at all. Execept that the refund will be processed within 20 business days.
There is no reason on delaying the payment. I have asked several time that you process it since i suspekt there may be a problem with my bank accept the payment. So could you please be so kind and process it so i have a chance to give you another accountnr. I will soon be going on holiday and wont be able to respond on anything then. I will be out of internet sort of speech. I have a couple of days left.
I know you said ”Up to 20 busniessdays” but there is nothing left, no verifikation no kyc etc etc
So please Judtbit would you be so kind and process it now, so we can make adjustment in case of problems with bank (i have several times expressed my worries about this)

Even with your 20 days count it has alreasy been soon 14 and only 6 days left.
So next week is final and please dont wait to the last minute…

This is not solved.
And they have not refunded.

It has been a total waiting since may 10th.
And they granted refund june 16th

Everything i signed kyc is done etc etc.

And they still dont pay.

Today i turn it to the authorities.

There is no reasonbale explaination to this delay.
The blame it on banking restrictions but thats a lie.
I am tired of this and all exuses they have a timeline and today is the last day and it Will almost certain remian unsolved after today.

And i have signed the contract already my name is in the end, < full name removed > and also the date it was signed 8/7 2024.

This is another attemt of you delay this.

There are no restictions of you sending the money with iban this very instant. I even have proof of this.

Do not test my patience. You have until wednsday then i will take it to court.

This will be far more expensiv and this you already are aware of i guess.

TITLE: JustBit Refusing to Pay €13,706.82 After Breaching Their Own Settlement Offer
COMPLAINT BODY:
I am filing this formal complaint against JustBit (justbit.io), operated by Casbit Group N.V., due to a severe and prolonged breach of a settlement agreement, refusal of payment, and deceptive conduct.
In October 2024, the casino initiated and sent me a formal settlement proposal via email, offering a refund of €5,542.05. Although this amount was significantly lower than my actual net losses, I accepted the offer in good faith to resolve the matter quickly. The agreement included a clear payment deadline of 20 days.
However, despite the offer originating from the casino itself and my formal acceptance, JustBit has failed to fulfill its obligation. That deadline passed months ago. Since then, I have made over 60 attempts to resolve this via email and Trustpilot, only to be met with silence or misleading assurances.
The casino has used this "offer" as a stalling tactic, showing a complete lack of professional ethics.
Because JustBit has breached its own settlement proposal and caused me significant financial and psychological distress, I hereby declare that previous lower offer NULL AND VOID. I am now formally demanding the full recovery of my total net losses on the platform:
• Total Deposits: €19,526.82
• Total Withdrawals: €5,820.00
• Total Disputed Amount: €13,706.82
Furthermore, I am a resident of the Netherlands, where this operator is not licensed to provide gambling services. This strengthens my legal position to recover the full extent of my losses.
I have a complete dossier of evidence, including the email where the casino sent the settlement proposal, my acceptance, and the subsequent chain of ignored communications. This is my final notice before I submit this case to AskGamblers and escalate to the Curaçao eGaming authorities.

Jusbit confiscated my funds 3700 euro

Hello I have complaint about Casbit Justbit.io casino.

Justbit.io has refused to pay out unpaid 3700 euros, I was playing game PIGGY TAP from ONLYPLAY provider in their casino and won 3 jackpots - MINOR, GRAND and MAJOR, they were huge jackpots on that time someone managed to boost them up with a lot of money, Major was 10 000 euro, Grand 14 000 euro, Minor 3400 euro, I was playing with 0.01 euro cent bet which was allowed the lowest bet per tap/hit, and I was also playing on my mobile phone using providers offered option - Autospins/ auto taps which ones are in-game, so to say I won those jackpots because nobody else was playing and I have each win screenshot and proof of everything being legit real, then casino saw that my account balance was 27 000 euro and they started to ask me for KYC documents and if I have used any schemes in game when it simply was playing on phone and using autospins as 70% of players are doing in that game. Then they understood that nothing was violated and started to accept withdrawals till 23 000 euro they stopped and blocked my account without specific reason when they were asked for reason of such account closure they kept repeating - violating casino rules by using autospins that providers offer.

I have all screenshots and evidence that nothing was violated.

Now they refuse to pay me out 3700 euro Justbit and without any explanation they ignore my request for the rest unpaid money to be paid out.

I also had made one complaint on other platform where it was proven by Casino guru team that my case was unjustified I will add link to that complaint also here below
