It pains me to say this as this was one of my favourite casino at one time. The treatment of loyal customers are really abysmal compared to other casinos. I have sunk thousands of $ in the last little while and all I get is a 25% bonus upon deposit which is not even automatic, you have to engage the chat room to get it. It is not even wager free and I am at VIP status. There are not even any free spins sent your way now again. I now play at Trada or Mr. Green. There you get better appreciation and you can ask for a no deposit bonus from time to time and based on your loyalty you will get it. Sorry Joreels but I have to be honest....I am supremely disappointed by this.

Note that this casino states it has 24h customer care. Rubbish! Last whole week live chat has been down. Not a single day anyone there. Also zero e-mail replies! I've sent several e-mails and not a single answer. Odd thing is that they had all deposit possibilities shut down some time; propably nothing serious, but I would think a again depositing there...

Joreels had this December Christmas a calendar. There were on 23rd of December a race and who would get most of the points would collect 300 Super Spins, value 1€ per spin, at Secrets of Christmas -slot. I won that, but after that all went bad. Rose, customer rep mentioned earlier here, said that I should get those spins, but never gotten them. Also won 40 Super Spins at same weekend Roaring Race -campaign. Missing those too. Last time Joreels had customer care was Christmas holidays and last reply to me from Joreels was from Rose that she will let "manager Johny to e-mail me after his meeting is over". Like said; no answers.

Got a problem where I did not receive my 50% second deposit bonus and rose say come back in 1 hour it should be fix. Sure some sites add it up instantly but 1 hour for me is okey to wait as long as it gets fixed 1 hour is no problem.

Pro tip to the casino itself is to change your bonus terms now it said 70 x Wager on bonus money and that can scare alot of people away just because you are honest.. Instead have it like "Deposit + Bonus x 35Wager " Thats exactly the same amount to wager but in a players eyes it looks more fair that 70 x wager that sounds impossible :P

I don't like in generally max cashout casinos because I think when u wager u should earn all the money u won but this casino got a max cashout on 2000€ which I think is pretty fair amount I have seen other casinos got like 4x your deposit so this one is WAY WAY better.

I LOOOVE how u warn people on 5€ maxbet when joining a game absolutely fantastic. I would also like to be warned if I enter a game with 50´% wagering counting and if a games count 0% to wager. I am not sure if site already does that if it does then u are a flawless site :)

Only think to dislike actually is that they don't have Novomatics and blueprint slots, if they get this providers I think this site will become top #5 sites in EU.

My last 2weeks rtp from joereels has been 67%. Yeah 67% 😂😂😂 -30% from what games provide. Funny thing is, I was up 400. Now I've been depositing 400 and that rtp has been on that 400 now. Isn't it kinda funny how it is random and still numbers match? (I have screenshot from customer service admitting its way too low.)

Joreels is quite a good casino that is let down by a few things. Firstly it has an outdated design which aims for a comic book style but falls short. Secondly there are spelling mistakes on the front page which does not good for a casino licensed by the UK Gambling commission. Slots are ok and payment is quick.
