Page 2 – Player Reviews for Joreels Casino

The site is not bad; the theme is interesting and new games are always being added! They also promote various game providers by adding many of their games which have amazing themes!

Just one thing I’m not very sure of - I never take bonuses on this site! Simply because they advertise their bonuses in dollars and I never know what it will be for my currency! Quite annoying I would say!

I have make a deposit and then withdraw what I have deposited because bonus on deposit hasn't been valid for my country. It was sold very fast on live chat and i didn't even have to upload my documents to make a withdraw.

first time on live chat they told me that restriction is only for UK players

Nice layout, 24/7 Chat, fast servers and many games. But nothing other casinos wouldn't have!

- WOW! another casino that charges FEES for deposits. 9% for paysafe! Yes, 9%! This is ridiculous!!!
- 50X rollover for boni! This is also incredibly bad!
- The Customer Service is not friendly at all.

I do not know why a new casino would have such bad conditions. There are so many casinos around that have great conditions and good boni. Not this one. That is why I cannot understand the good ratings! The Casinos are not responsible for the RTP. So I have to rate the other conditions. And they are mostly bad!

To establish good servers and a well designed homepage is not difficult at all. A child can nowadays build a homepage. These one man show casinos should not get a 8+ rating! No way!

When I browse the net and searched for some new casino firstly I want to find some new casino where I still didn't play and of course one of the most important things for me as a player it should be good licence, trusted owner where I can play safely. Joreels casino I can say its one of those casinos because it belongs to MT Secure Trade Limited group of casinos, so I can mention some from the same group such as Guts,Betspin,Rizk which are very good rated, trusted and have fast withdraws.

So looking at this newly casino I decided to pay them a visit and see what they have to offer. Its funny though how this casino work or I might be missing something. In some of those mentioned above even the Joreels Casino in some of them I am eligible to use their welcome bonuses and in some not.So Joreels was one of them where my country is restricted to use their welcome bonuses. What makes me upset is the fact when I login in my account I always see their message with the reload bonus which I am not entitled to it.

If I am not allowed to use your bonuses so no message should appear in my account no matter if I read or not your T & C because I see it as a false advertising or you are misleading the player on purpose.

Anyways eligible or not I wanted to try this newly added casino and that was few months ago so I made one small deposit of 25 euros just to try my luck there and see what my Lady Luck will bring me. My all time favorite slots was, actually still is Piggy Riches game so no matter in what casino I play I always play this slot, because all my biggest wins or withdraws came from the same game.

As any other game Piggy can be brutal meaning can eat my balance in a minute but when its in the winning mode it can really bust my ballance and give me some really good wins. Actually I lost my deposit as Piggy is in some weird mode, the eating one and its taking pretty long time as they changed all games to HTML which I don't like but hopefully my luck will change.

Joreels casino, they have pretty good customer support, informative and friendly as for the casino it self I can say I liked it and the fact I made only one deposit there, they surely give a lots of freebies. I stopped depositing there just because I am not allowed to use any bonus and that message popping out on every sign in I make in the casino telling me I have a bonus waiting of 50% reload really gets on my nerves.

Because I see it this way, if you are offering me or advertising me that reload offer I am fully eligible for that offer seeing its your own fault not mine, because that shouldn't be in my account.

Joreels really have a nice look and the games loads fast. They have all my favorite games, so nothing missing there. The verification was very fast and easy and the same with the withdrawal. I must also add that the customer service is very nice, helpful and polite. Joreels give away freespins every now and then and you will not miss the spins as they send you email and sms about them. All in all, no doubt that Joreels get a full score from me.

Nothing, really! If anything "loyalty points" could be interesting to get for returning players.

Plenty of choice of slots, with plenty of providers, and the slots have paid well for me, made 2 deposits so far and made 2 substantial withdrawals. Once your account is verified the withdrawals are processed pretty quick within a couple of hours.
Live chat usually answer pretty quickly and are helpful

I did have some problems with verification as I do not have bills where I live, but to there credit they crossed checked with a sister site on the same platform to verify my account.

I like the variation of games fast loading took bonus and managed to roll it over and withdraw fast processing time processed next working day really enjoyed my experience on this site also fast and friendly live chat 24hrs which is great highly recommend 👍

Not to much to complain about really maybe add more slots that's about it really
