The layout and look of the site is very attractive

They do not have 24 hour LiveChat support
The welcome offer bonus is not very clear, I deposited 50.00 EUR and didn't get 50.00 EUR real cash balance, only 100 EUR bonus funds with a x40 wagering requirement... I feel this is a very unfair welcome offer, mainly because of the fact that there's a x40 wagering requirement on my funds before I can withdraw anything...

Cool design and some good gaming providers are available

The withdrawal process is terrible!
No limitation is possible without requesting this at the support (is this even legal by the MGA)
I made the huge mistake giving this casino another chance and got disappointed extremly
Some reviews here look fake (e.g. Spain is excluded from allowed countries)

From my experience chat is instant and the help was more on here than most casino. Went on chat forwardeddocument what was missing by email. They picked it up and verified my account with 5 mins of sending the needed document. They have good providers. And site is smooth to play on. From what I've researched the casino is a name and brand i can trust and I can trust playing here.with the help recieve and the quality found. I thought it deserved a review!

All the best sofware providers on a nice looking site that seems professionally run with some money behind them. You can easily tell the difference between casinos with a minimal float and a big float and these are the ones to look out for. Genisis is so obviously a quality product and I play here most days.

Overall, a good little casino. Sent documents and 24hrs passed. I think I've been spoilt by other casinos that process them within a few hours. Started to get panicky thinking I would get an email rejecting my withdrawal, but no. Everything was fine and patience paid off as I didn't want to badger their live chat. They clearly state on website it can take up to 72 hours so I was aware of potential wait.

Had a good feeling with this casino from the get go and I was right.

Saw a few other reviews about Netherland players only being allowed Net Ent, but this suited me just fine. Can understand it can be limiting to other players though.

Would be nice to set own limits via website.

The design is amazing and also nice on mobile phone

The process of withdrawals is unacceptable for a new casino operator
Once you receive the daily free rounds on Starburst you are banned from other promotions
And the promotions are very dry besides the welcome package
Withdrawal gets confirmed but also directly the offer to cancel it
No limitation system on-site, support needs to get contacted for everything

This casino is behind in so many ways compared to other casino's. As for Dutch people I recommend staying away. You will only be able to play Netent games which is really sad. And you can't play the jackpot slots from Netent with bonus money so you have only a bunch of games to play. Half of the games didn't work for me from Netent either, and the other half didn't have sound. I checked all my settings and it was perfectly fine, since I was able to play all these slots on other casino's without issues.

Promising casino overall, but not perfect yet! Would have given the full 10/10 if the cons weren't there.

-Lay-out overall looks very nice
-Mobile interface is also very clean
-Verification through uploading in account section
-A nice bonus offer upon registration
-Partner casino's have a good reputation

-I could only play Netent games, while it listed providers like Quickspin, Microgaming etc. This seems to be a problem with The Netherlands? Was quite dissapointing, but I had a good bash none the less. I joined through an affiliate, who was playing other games aswell, so this was quite confusing.

-I couldn't set my own limits. Can only be done through support, which is not online 24/7. Tbh I haven't seen anyone online since I registered, I cannot protect my winnings or set any limits, which is a shame. Anno 2018 this shouldn't be the case. Feels like I lost money, because I couldn't set my own limits, neither set them through support. This is part of my personal gambling process, so that is a real let down.

Great looking casino with plenty of games including some of my favorite. Helpful customer service who even phoned me to congratulate me after I won big on such a small deposit.

Even though all documents have been verified, my withdrawal is yet to be processed even after 72hrs. Seems to long compared to other casinos.
