Variety of games is all i can say positively about this casino

Verification process takes forever , it been a week now since i uploaded all the documents and i have received just one email after 78 hours to resend the passport as they say the photo which i uploaded was not clear.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to play in this site as their are many more that offer more games and faster response for versification , withdrawals etc...

Nice slots in the site I play mobile friendly nice deposit methods.

5 days from my withdraw had cleared still no money in my account, games crashed another when I was playing on mobile even on Google Chrome.

Nice game overview,looks slick and good.
Its mobile friendly and have a big variety of games and deposit methods.

Their customer support is a joke and so is their management.
My withdrawal has bin under "investigation" for a long time and when they finally respond they change the reasons for why its under investigation,everything just to drag it out. A weeks wait to get a respond from support via email is extremely bad.

Hi. I won on free spins and took out 1000 kr. After several days no money came. The withdrawal method was via trustly. I contacted the chat and was told that the money was on its way. After another 2 days of waiting, I contacted the chat again. Then I was notified that the transaction was not reviewed due to technical problems. That my money was on my account at the Genesis casino. Then I made my second withdrawal, also via trustly. After several days of waiting, I contacted the chat again. They then requested bank transactions from me, which I submitted. After another day, I logged in to Genesis casino. To my great surprise, I realized that the money was back on my Genesis account. I contacted the chat again, and they had no explanation. I then made my third withdrawal of 1000kr and again via trustly. What is noteworthy is that at one point I have been accused of having spelled up my money. I have already decided not to play more here, but of course they want to repay what they owe.

Good design and good games. Not more than this . Are they provided enough bonus ?

I cannot see why this casino has any good reviews. It is badly run and feels like they don't have much money behind them. The people that work there have NO idea what they are talking about and it all feels scripted to get you to go away. Avoid Genises.

Good selection of games seems mobile friendly and easy to use.

Absolutely amature customer service, they don't honor promotions either and are rude and obnoxious and constantly cut you off the chat when they don't want to deal with you anymore! I have screenshots.
I signed up last week and didn't deposit they emailed and offered me a upgrade if I made a deposit from the typical 100% to 200% (the site clearly says you also get 300 spins on your first deposit) didn't get the spins questioned it and was told I can't have them because they gave me a 200% deposit.
I asked but they emailed me saying we have upgraded my first deposit bonus no were does it state I can't have the 300 spins I asked them we're does it state I can't have the spins because I took up the "upgrade" they sent me for bigger first deposit bonus! It doesn't..checked the terms and conditions it doesn't say anywhere and they couldn't provide me with the terms and conditions either stating this!
The site advertises the 300 spins on top of the first deposit match.
Call me dumb but isn't a upgrade just that a upgrade? I have screenshot the whole chat and the emails and terms and conditions they basically change the rules as they see fit couldn't provide me the terms and conditions and the chat is absolutely shocking there obnoxious and back track on what they say, then they just keep saying we ain't herd from you so we are going to disconnect the chat constantly it's absolutely amaturish and unprofessional and they seem rouge I've made a official complaint against this company (I'm clearly not the first either) they shouldn't be running a Casino at all please people be very very careful with this site take your money elsewere (just see the complaints and reviews against this site)

So it would have been between the smaller percentage with the spins - or the higher bonus without the spins. Once this has been selected and played we are unable to change that for you. Customer service is very friendly but sometimes takes a while to get a response.

Withdrawal limits and withdrawal time doesn't cater the more serious player.

Good selection of games. Bonus playthrough is transparent.

Unbelievable amount of time for withdrawal. 48 hours pending then a further 48 hours if you deposited by card. Not good enough given the competition. Doubt I'll be making any further deposits.
