Pending withdrawals and no communication

I have the same issue as others have written here, and have not heard anything from Freespino regarding my withdrawals.

Won $5000, verified my account then went to withdraw my max of $1000 per transaction on 07/01.

Received an email stating they were closing down on 09/01 but that everything would still be working for 14 days.

I have sent multiple daily emails to support and messages through the website, but there is no live chat.

Have not heard anything back, anything you could do to help would be appreciated.

Withdrawal not even confirmed but casino announced its closure

Hello dear AskGamblers, dear Freespino. I am forced to use this portal as there is no any echo from the Freespino.com which has announced its closure right after 25.01.2024. On the 01.01.2024 I've deposited 60 EUR opting for a bonus. Bonus wagering requirements were completed and I have successfully passed verification process (screen attached).

I've contacted online support and they instructed me to withdraw my 600 EUR (according to T&C max outcome from the used bonus is x10 deposit amount). I've initiated two withdrawals, first was 30 EUR which was successful (however quite long), and after it was succeeded I've requested the rest 570 EUR using the same method.

Now I see that the casino announced its closure and informed that the support mail is available for any questions as they are performing last operations. It is already 5 working days since I've requested my witdhrawal (48 hours obviously passed) and nothing happens. I am quite sure that the Freespino.com (Versus Odds B.V. ) could not payout me my winnings and one day when I will type freespino.com it will result to error 404 or smth similar.

Could I please initiate a diplomatic intervention of AskGamblers authorities in order to resolve this delayed payout from Versus Odds B.V.)? Please see attached screens. Thank You in advance for any help, thank you Freespino.com for paying attention to this issue.

I am still waiting for the last 2000 Euro

I registered with Freespino. Two weeks and won a total of 3300 euros there. My account is completely verified. Withdrawals should only take 48 hours. Last Wednesday, 500 euros were paid out. On Monday then another 800.

My question, why not all the money is paid out, remains unanswered after several inquiries. In the T&C they pay 5000 a week.

Yesterday I received an email that the casino is clashing. They Close their Doors. However, I still have 2000 euros open for payment. My question about when the money will be paid out also remains unanswered. There is also no longer a live chat.

Please help me to get my remaining 2000 Euro.

Registered for a long time in this casino, as well as in other casinos Versus Odds B.V. I encountered a problem with withdrawing funds. They have not processed the withdrawal request for 5 days now. The account is fully verified. Previously there was a withdrawal, based on experience I made another deposit, since earlier the withdrawal of funds was processed relatively quickly. 2 unprocessed Withdrawals

Request withdrawls on the 17th of December at 9:25 one for 350 and one for 150.

It is now almost December 26th, still hasn't even been processed.

Have attached photos of the dates and times and amounts. They already cancelled one withdrawal of 150.00 because of a lost connection as you can see in the photos, so had to re withdraw on the 20th.

8 days to process a withdrawal is unheard of. I have tried numerous times to contact them but just saying the financial team is on it. Clearly they are not on it.
