Pending withdrawals and no communication

I have the same issue as others have written here, and have not heard anything from Freespino regarding my withdrawals.

Won $5000, verified my account then went to withdraw my max of $1000 per transaction on 07/01.

Received an email stating they were closing down on 09/01 but that everything would still be working for 14 days.

I have sent multiple daily emails to support and messages through the website, but there is no live chat.

Have not heard anything back, anything you could do to help would be appreciated.
