Withdrawal not even confirmed but casino announced its closure

Hello dear AskGamblers, dear Freespino. I am forced to use this portal as there is no any echo from the Freespino.com which has announced its closure right after 25.01.2024. On the 01.01.2024 I've deposited 60 EUR opting for a bonus. Bonus wagering requirements were completed and I have successfully passed verification process (screen attached).

I've contacted online support and they instructed me to withdraw my 600 EUR (according to T&C max outcome from the used bonus is x10 deposit amount). I've initiated two withdrawals, first was 30 EUR which was successful (however quite long), and after it was succeeded I've requested the rest 570 EUR using the same method.

Now I see that the casino announced its closure and informed that the support mail is available for any questions as they are performing last operations. It is already 5 working days since I've requested my witdhrawal (48 hours obviously passed) and nothing happens. I am quite sure that the Freespino.com (Versus Odds B.V. ) could not payout me my winnings and one day when I will type freespino.com it will result to error 404 or smth similar.

Could I please initiate a diplomatic intervention of AskGamblers authorities in order to resolve this delayed payout from Versus Odds B.V.)? Please see attached screens. Thank You in advance for any help, thank you Freespino.com for paying attention to this issue.

Look what they did - just cancelled my payout request without any mail/notification (see screens). There are no objective reasons to cancel it as KYC is done and previous 30 EUR was paid out successfully using exactly the same method. However, when there is a bigger sum, as in my case 570 EUR, they just don't want to pay it, despite their own insisting (in online help chat) advices to withdraw whole sum. Look the screens I've attached. In the last screen you'll see I requested the withdrawal again! Now for sure I have to wait the required delay in order they process it - and they will cancel again, or just close the casino as farewell was already announced. Clearly understood they will not pay me money as it looks like simple fraud. After that case my eyes are fully open now I can easily stop gambling. Other readers please take deeply my current experience and I take your own correct decisions. Dear AskGamblers are You still able to help and resolve this? Will appreciate if it is still possible and the powers does not ends at this point.
