The problem may arise when you're actually going to withdraw, support was absolutely clueless for a month straight when it came to what was taking so long, all they told me constantly was in essence "Just wait" and there's nothing they can do. I kept asking them to bounce back the withdrawal so I could try another withdrawal method, they said no. I messaged them every 1-2 weeks with no status update at all other than that the money is still on the way. It didn't take a whole 2 months (YES 2 MONTHS) adding up to a total of about 3 months until they just sent me back the money to my account on the casino and to get another withdrawal method, I had to deposit AGAIN.

Clueless support-different details were given by different people in support regarding deposit bonus. Also totally misleading information about deposit bonus... So on Friday (today) I made a 250kr deposit. The money was taken out of my bank account, but it didn't show up in my frank&fred account. After an hour in chat with 2 different agents, where I sent screenshots from my online banking, they managed to fix it. However, they didn't add the 250kr bonus. I told them I'll give them an hour before I come back, and that I'd expect it to be sorted by then. Then I speak to a CS Agent named Petter. I joined Frank&Fred a month ago and now have a platinum status which you will imagine give some great benefits like 10x on bonuses and super spins instead of regular spins... sounds good dosent work. Can't even complete a 10x wager on bonuses and maybe get 1 hit out of 20 with super spins. This casino is utter BS and is cold whenever you get a bonus this is doable.

I never got my signup bonus

All was great until now when I chose to take a break from gambling I made my final withdrawal and went on a cool off period. Now they send me an email telling me that my documents have been declined I need to send other form of ID new bankstatement and so on. It had all been approved and I have made several withdrawals but now that they see me going on a break and they cant take my money back in deposits I guess they need a reason to hold on to my withdrawal or something.
So be careful and make sure your last withdrawal goes through before you go on a cool off period or exclude yourself because this seems a bit fishy to me

I dislike very much the english support, they seem clueless and very little helpful and talk to me as I just stepped in to the gambling world.
