I think the biggest contributor to the site's good features is in its games. The games are good and they have a lot to offer in terms of enjoyment factor and a lot of great types of games like slots and tabletop games. Here, I'd get to make sure that all the games were good, and it turns out, they are indeed really great games in the end.
While the games are great, there are still problems with the interface which I
get a little frustrated sometmes. I hope it doesnt get to the point where it will overshadow how fun the games can be if they keep on failing to load from time to time.
Elcorado is one of the newest casinos added on Askgamblers and I stumbled upon them just a few days ago while going through Askgamblers new casinos list. The casino is powered by Netent, Play'n Go and a few other game providers so I was curious to take a closer look at them.
Before signing up I decided to check out their welcome bonus offer and noticed that they offered a 100% match bonus for first deposit. The wagering was 50x bonus amount so I decided to claim it, especially since the minimum deposit was only 10eur. I quickly signed up and made a deposit of only 10eur as I wasn't too keen on the offer but wanted to have some extra playtime.
The deposit was quick and I received the bonus of 10eur. The offer had 50x bonus wagering and a long list of restricted games. But since my balance wasn't high, I stuck with 10 cent games- at first I played Legacy of dead, which is one of my favorites. I had one bonus round that paid poorly so I decided to switch to Book of Dead slot. Book of Dead wasn't giving me any winnings at all so I was losing money quickly. With just a few euro balance left I went to my usual savior slot- Starburst, but even Starburst was in a bad mood and my balance lasted for 10 minutes.
Overall my time at Elcorado casino was quite average. I liked the game selection but besides that I wasn't a fan of everything else. If I'm looking for a casino to return to, I want to see some range of promotions and loyalty but I didn't see any active promotions at Elcarado casino except for prize drops. Also the maximum bet while having welcome bonus is only 2.50eur, but even more importantly the winnings are capped at 250eur and the list of restricted games is very long. All in all, I don't see myself coming back.
Many deposit methods, thats very good. There is a live Chat and they respond fast. There are sometimes issues with the page, you cant go into your profile menu or see your current money status.
I played at this casino and made a small win of 400 Euro. Small amounts like this should be cashed out fast. But instead this casino is doing everything to slow down the cash out . The Deposit method should be the same method you get cashed out with, right? After sending all documents, it took them 5 days to tell me they need another verification of a deposit method I used in 2019. It wasnt even the deposit method I used for this current winnings of 400 Euro. So again I have to send them even more documents and they will probably need another 5 days to verify that. So lets wait how many more days they will need. And then I have to make the withdrawal request and this will probably take another 5 days. Thank you for holding my winnings as long as you can in the company.

I deposited a week ago but have not been able to play a single game. There is a bug on my account. The OK/Cancel button on message box does not work and I can not close the box and start playing. Chat workers kept on repeating things that I had done already. On email they promised to forward the problem but nothing is done. I only get some standard answers to my questions. Can't recommend to anyone to risk their money.
