It is worth to enlighten that this casino has always operated in the full transparency and that you were notified about the suspension of your account on the 14th of October and the reason we provided was your own security and to give the right time to conduct a detailed investigation. ( Since you mentioned to have experienced discrepancies with your withdrawal requests, which were detected also by our finance department and senior management).

It appears that several withdrawal requests made by you were not properly reflected in your account balance.

After a thorough review, our financial department identified a total discrepancy of €258,200 in September and €62,000 in October, amounting to €320,200.
In addition, your pending withdrawal requests, totaling €306,000, have been canceled and the balance has been adjusted accordingly.

It’s worth noting that €14,200 of these withdrawals were processed, even though they should not have been.
However, as a gesture of goodwill since you are a Diamond player as you mentioned, we decided to not asking you to return this amount.
Additionally, we shared with you a screenshot showing the transactions from September 22nd (on the 14th of October).

If you retrieve this email, you can see that during your withdrawal requests, your balance was not updating in real-time and in the timeframe of just 9 seconds, you successfully made 31 withdrawal requests, totaling €62,000.
Of this amount, €32,000 was not deducted from your balance, which contributed to the discrepancies our financial department identified.

It is worth to stress that this situation is not about “avoiding paying legitimate winnings.”

I just made my verification and it was done in 2-3 hours and I would say this is really good. It's hard to find something I like when it comes to this casino, but it has very fast and easy deposits with no fees and offers a great selection of live games, including blackjack tables.

This casino is very slow to approve withdrawals, taking up to 3 business days. This was very disappointing, especially when the site advertises fast withdrawals. I wouldn't consider it a standard for online casinos to take up to 3 days just to approve withdrawals.

The KYC verifications are slow, and the interface is bad. The live support also appears to lack knowledge.

It used to be better but now it is almost impossible to use. See below. The only good thing is that it offers many live casino games.
The deposits are okay and in the past withdrawals were no problem though recently I had an experience where it took me a long time to get the withdrawal because I had to verify my identity even though I had previously gone through the verification process.

The connection breaks constantly. And please note it is not my internet connection. My connection is fine. I play the same live casinos on other sites with zero connection problems. But always, always, always on Dublinbet I am disconnected.
Just today I was playing and it was disconnected every single round. I would place a bet, it would disconnect, then reconnect and I had to reset the denomination I was using for betting. This happened every single bet for 9 bets in a row. And this is not unique experience. It has happened so many times. And I have seen others have the same problem mentioned in other online reviews going back many years. I can understand an occasional problem as this does happen on the internet, but I do not have this level of difficulty with any other casino website, none. Top casino. I use them for Live casino, and every game is there. New games as well. Easy to open an account, easy deposit, easy withdraw. I made a bank transfer withdrawal and it took 1 day from the approval date and the money was on my account.

It's really hard to put something negative on them right now. It seems like they are a real top casino. I know AskGamblers would love if I could say something bad, but it is very hard. If I should pick one thing, it's that the live chat is not open at night time.

Funny design based on Irish traditions. Green clovers, dwarfs, etc.
Very wide range of live gambling, with a lot of tables and suppliers in each category.

They have many deposit methods, including the one that for me is the quickest, securest and best (appart from Trustly) which is Klarna (Sofort), but, they don't have this method to retire earnings!!!
When a Casino has a quick method to deposit and not this same method to retire it kills my trust.

At Dublinbet I was already cheated, or else it was a way that they found to run with me from the casino, because whenever I bet on Live roulette, I won in every session, and for now, telling the truth, the value was not even high! Did my first withdrawal this week and it was incredibly fast. Withdrew early on Thursday morning and it's in my account (via bank transfer) this morning Friday 19/10. Also did one to my credit card which isnt showing yet but am sure it will later. Fast cashouts are what I look for and expect in an online casino. Nothing worse than getting an urge, and withdrawing a cashout that has sat there for 4 days waiting for you to do it. Sure you might still deposit but at least you see money back into your bank account, which is your right. VIP contact has already contacted me which is also impressive

Wide variety of live casino games and you can usually get a seat at your chosen table

Ridiculous amount of time for verification. 4 days and still waiting with really nothing other than 'it should be today or tomorrow'. Used to get access to live support chat direct on the home page but today there's none and I was directed to an entirely different website, where i just got the same tired response of 'today or tomorrow'. I've never understood why casinos take deposits instantly with zero verification as to where the funds came from, and then take this amount of time to verify (ie before withdrawals can begin. Note that, we work between 10 AM and Midnight CET, which would explain why the Chat is not available, when you are playing (on a different time zone). Likewise for Emails, considering the 8-10 hours time difference between us, you might encounter a bigger response time than our players located in Europe. We are genuinely sorry about that.

Lastly, the withdrawal limits are 1000€ per day, 5000€ per week, and 20 000€ per month. Those can be adjusted with our financial department.

It takes really long time to verified documents and even longer whitdrawing money. And chat window I asked to close my account and almost week later my account is still open and all my winnings are gone. So that kind of responsible gambling....

However we feel that your feedback is quite unfair considering that you actually managed to make and withdraw consequent winnings, but also because our Support has constantly beeing informing you of our procedures regarding Document Verification and Account Closure.

1. Regarding the Document Verfification, you uploaded your documents on the 15/01/2017, and we sent you two different emails explaining that we needed one more document in order to validate your account.
You came back to us just 5 days ago, asking why your account was not verified, and we asked again for the document needed. Once we received your document, your account was validated within just 24 hours.

2. Regarding your Account Closure, and as explained on the chat by our agent Maria, you have to send us an email in order to request this closure (as we ask for extra security details). We never received this email from your side, which why your account was still opened.
However we received the email you sent us today, and so your account is now closed.

All together, note that our procedures are very similar to other online Casinos´, but it seems that either you didn´t follow our instructions or didn´t read our emails, leading up to misunderstandings and your bad experience in our platform. We hope to have clarified that now, otherwise don´t hesitate to contact our Support team again.

I’ve poured at least $1,000 onto in recently without anything that resembles a decent win. Other sites are much better. I also find that there is a huge lag which I don’t get with other sites which is disappointing. Not sure where all these ‘glowing reviews’ coke from.

Really bad withdrawal process. Its very random. Sometimes it might take 24hrs but most times up to 3 working days to process. After processing they don't release funds straight away they probably only release twice a week on certain days so depending on day it was processed and day they release the funds could take up to 2.5 weeks to receive. REAL shame because its a great site with good CS but if you don't pay on time you'll just never be respectable.

I used to play here, good selection of games, clean website, but things are getting bad.

Withdrawal times are getting higher and higher, tooking now about a week. Fitzwilliam landbased tables are gone. It has nothing better than other casinos to offer now.

The live casino is really great with lots of bj tables with different limits.
