Hallo
Since 04.03.2109 i am waiting for withdraws in the total of 2800 euro. Unfortunately support is not really helpful. after waiting longer time for the verification i still have three pending withdraws (max withdraw is 1000 euro per day) Wrote to support several time and was in live chat. They always told me i just have to wait a few days and will receive my money soon. They are having technical problems.
I am not sure what is going on in this casino.
I really want to have a statement from this casino but i dont get anything.
Maybe askgamblers can help
Really frustrating. Deposit is done in seconds, and withdraw is taking weeks.
