Locking me out after euro 6423 win
I am raising a formal complaint against Dublinbet.com for what I believe to be unethical and potentially fraudulent behavior.
On March 16th, I won €6,423 while playing on their site. Immediately after my win, I was logged out without warning, and since then, I have been completely locked out of my account.
I have made multiple attempts to contact their support, but they have refused to speak to me only auto reply that I "Breached rules" which I can prove I haven't. No one from their team has taken any responsibility or followed up with a proper response. It’s as if they are deliberately ignoring me and hoping I’ll go away.
I have not violated any terms and conditions. I played fairly, won fairly, and now they are withholding my winnings with zero communication. This is not just a technical issue—it’s a blatant refusal to address the situation or engage in any form of customer support.
This is a serious matter involving a significant amount of money. I am asking AskGamblers to step in and help recover my €6,423 and hold Dublinbet accountable for their actions.
