I have submitted a valid proof of address multiple times, yet the casino continues to reject it without providing a clear or legitimate reason. The document I provided meets all standard requirements: it is recent, clearly shows my name and address, and was issued by a reputable provider.

I have reviewed a similar case on AskGamblers where a player experienced the same issue with DublinBet. In that instance, the casino eventually accepted the same type of document I have submitted, and the player's withdrawal of €9,677 was successfully processed:

Dublinbet Casino - Refusing to accept valid proof of address 9677 euro withdrawal blocked

Hello,

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal of €9,677 on DublinBet. My account is fully verified except for the final proof of address requirement. I have done my best to cooperate, but DublinBet continues to reject valid documents without offering a realistic alternative.

Here is a timeline of what has happened:

I uploaded my bank statement, which clearly shows my full name and address. This was rejected.

I then submitted a revenue/tax document issued by the Irish government, which is official, includes my full name and current address, and is dated within the last 3 months.

DublinBet continues to request a utility bill, but I live at home with family and do not pay for any utilities, so I am unable to provide one.

I explained this multiple times and asked for an alternative solution or exception, especially since government-issued documents are commonly accepted as valid proof of address across the industry.

Despite all this, I only receive the same repeated answer: “Please send a utility bill” – which I have already stated is not possible.

I feel I have met the verification requirements in good faith and that this is now being used as a way to avoid processing my legitimate withdrawal.

Recent Irish tax document with full name and address

Recent bank statement showing the same

All documents are clear, in my name, and dated within the required time frame.

Looks can be deceiving. I wish I'd done more detailed research on AskGamblers and other well-known casino review sites. Only good things are some of the games.

I have a complaint submitted at AskGamblers, as Dublin verified my account, processed some small withdrawals, then claimed forged documents when I won 1.2k. Even though I provided evidence of all documents being verified at SumSub (Impossible to fraud). Very dishonest and illegal practices, and a search online shows them doing this to other players for years! I would implore players to stay away.

Funny design based on Irish traditions. Green clovers, dwarfs, etc.
Very wide range of live gambling, with a lot of tables and suppliers in each category.

They have many deposit methods, including the one that for me is the quickest, securest and best (appart from Trustly) which is Klarna (Sofort), but, they don't have this method to retire earnings!!!
When a Casino has a quick method to deposit and not this same method to retire it kills my trust.

Did my first withdrawal this week and it was incredibly fast. Withdrew early on Thursday morning and it's in my account (via bank transfer) this morning Friday 19/10. Also did one to my credit card which isnt showing yet but am sure it will later. Fast cashouts are what I look for and expect in an online casino. Ridiculous amount of time for verification. 4 days and still waiting with really nothing other than 'it should be today or tomorrow'. Used to get access to live support chat direct on the home page but today there's none and I was directed to an entirely different website, where i just got the same tired response of 'today or tomorrow'.
