WARNING - All deposits are linked to an imaginary bonus. On deposit you'll be given an arbitrary bonus which you cannot refuse unless you email them. Once this is spent you'll then have a wager requirement attached to every subsequent deposit you make! Even if the bonus is long gone!
It's absolute fraud and I have notified the gaming authorities. Withdrawal times are also 10-12 days. I would never ever use this site again.

Worst customer service I have ever had.
I made my initial deposit of £70 (Selected no bonus) but was given one anyway. Played out and didn't win, so then reloaded with another £150 (No bonus selected or given) I then won £610. On trying to withdraw, it said I had wagering requirements to meet as part of my bonus????? Contacted customer service and explained that this money was won off of my own deposit and not off a bonus - took me over an hour to finally be able to withdraw (Pending security). So we will see how long this process now takes. One of the worst services I have come across - and would not recommend to others.

Great bonuses and decent amount of games but that's where it ends. I really have nothing left positive to say about these people because it's clear how they operate as soon as you win.
When you win and cashout, they take 2 weeks to "review" your cashout and then it ends with your account getting shut down for absolutely no reason. I played for about 3 hours, cashed out $955, submitted my documents, never heard anything until I tried to log in but was denied. I contacted support and they told me my account was shut down and then promptly left the chat, probably because she knew the next question: why, and had absolutely no way of answering it.
