Stalling withdrawal saying its under review

I made my first deposit at CoolPlay, and cancelled my welcome bonus, so i only played with real cash.

I deposited 100€ and was able to get up to 2500€ which is withdrew.
My account was verified the same day.

After waiting for a few days i contacted livechat to ask why its taking so long, they told me it takes up to three days to send withdrawls - i said okay.

I came back on the third day, and now they suddenly are "reviewing my gameplay" i won on lightning roulette, so not to much to review... i think it will go fast and say ok.

Now, a week after they are still "reviewing" and i get the same answers from the live support who is only using shortcut answers and bot messages.

Im waiting for a total of 2545€
I see this as my last go-to as they dont answer any complaints through live chat.
