This player was paid out to his Skrill payment method on the 8th of December. The account was disabled due to bonus abuse. After the player account was checked, we saw that no terms violations were committed. The player was subsequently paid out. Due to the player's targeted use of our bonus structures, however, we decided not to take their business, anymore.

Great Layout for Mobile and Tablets works great on both, game selection is pretty decent and the live games is where Casitsu really shines in my opinion. After about 10 deposits I did finally request a cash out. Support on this website is incredible and fast.

Verification takes 24 hours after multiple uploads I’ve had to wait a day between them to get each document verified very slow and honestly annoying verification process compared to other casinos currently waiting for a cash out because of the 24 hour wait time for verification.

Missing some major providers for games , would recommend hacksaw immediately to stay up to date with other major casinos.

The most idiotic scam I've ever seen, and for the winners of a tournament. I won 10th place in their last Ninja Battle Royale tournament. They sent me a congratulatory email and canceled my bonus. They were supposed to give me $50.
The bottom line is that when you get a notification (actually, it looks like the most common social media notification about a new post, or when an event happens), they congratulate you in the header, but when you click the button, it instantly, without warning, cancels the bonus. Do you think it's logical to make such a feature in alerts and still without the option to return the bonus even when contacting support? That's what I think, it's not fair. I clicked it only because I thought it would open a page where I could get my bonus, but not to cancel it. Yes, I didn't read what was written on the button, but the actual title of the alert, as I recall, was congratulations and not a word about cancellation, so the mention of cancellation was apparently just in the title of the button. I did it reflexively and didn't get any mention of removing the bonus.
As an honest person, I wrote to support and even admitted that if the bonus wasn't credited, since I didn't click the button on purpose, but thought it needed to be clicked to get the bonus, I would leave negative feedback because they were in no way meeting me, although if this casino was honest, they would just give me the bonus, since I spent my money to participate in it, and I want my reward. Be careful of this casino. On my first deposit I got a match offer. And I progressed my way through the first couple vip levels. And my rewards did not get added automatically. That's hardly fair, considering that in our live chat, you give our staff nothing but praise. Then you wrote a bad review of our casino here. Then you came into live chat again asking about your cashout which, by the way, always gets paid within 24 hours or faster depending how much staff is available to pick up new requests. Then you deleted the bad review and wrote a full star review again. And now this? If we go through your live chat logs with out staff, we don't see you complaining about anything. In fact, the last chat you had with one of our agents, you inquired about your cashout again. Accounting for the time differences in livechat and our system, it looks like you asked the support staff about your cashout request 2 hours after you made the request. In total, from internal verification to payment processing, 4 hours after your initial request, you were paid out. So, if you want to warn other players about cashout requests that can take 4 hours to complete, then I think you are being disingenuous.

In regards to our VIP response time, we had instructions from you not to receive any VIP or loyalty bonuses, ever. Aside from that, you have been treated with the utmost respect and a noticable level of preference from our support team.
