Withdrawal, still pending, hasn’t been processed yet. Requested on the 14th of April. The terms of conditions say 3-7 days processing time for withdrawals, this isn’t being held. I am not given any information as to why the withdrawal is delayed either and my account is verified, I did not play with the bonus.

I had the worst possible experience with Casitsu Casino. When I made a deposit and wagered, I had 1599.90€ left in my account. I have all documents verified and when I made a withdrawal, they simply blocked my account. They informed me by email that I violated their bonus rules. But they didn't tell me how I did it and what was the reason for what they did. They just blocked my account. They also do not respond to questions from Askgamblers. I am very disappointed with this casino and I have no words for their behavior.

Verification takes 24 hours after multiple uploads I’ve had to wait a day between them to get each document verified very slow and honestly annoying verification process compared to other casinos currently waiting for a cash out because of the 24 hour wait time for verification.

Missing some major providers for games , would recommend hacksaw immediately to stay up to date with other major casinos.

The most idiotic scam I've ever seen, and for the winners of a tournament. I won 10th place in their last Ninja Battle Royale tournament. They sent me a congratulatory email and canceled my bonus. They were supposed to give me $50.
The bottom line is that when you get a notification (actually, it looks like the most common social media notification about a new post, or when an event happens), they congratulate you in the header, but when you click the button, it instantly, without warning, cancels the bonus. Do you think it's logical to make such a feature in alerts and still without the option to return the bonus even when contacting support? That's what I think, it's not fair. I clicked it only because I thought it would open a page where I could get my bonus, but not to cancel it. Yes, I didn't read what was written on the button, but the actual title of the alert, as I recall, was congratulations and not a word about cancellation, so the mention of cancellation was apparently just in the title of the button. I did it reflexively and didn't get any mention of removing the bonus.
As an honest person, I wrote to support and even admitted that if the bonus wasn't credited, since I didn't click the button on purpose, but thought it needed to be clicked to get the bonus, I would leave negative feedback because they were in no way meeting me, although if this casino was honest, they would just give me the bonus, since I spent my money to participate in it, and I want my reward. Who would ever turn down a bonus won in a tournament, especially if you registered there yourself?
You may think that I'm the only one who has canceled this bonus, but that's not true at all. If you open the results of the previous tournament, there are only 6 winners. Do you think that's everyone who should have received their prizes? I don't know if this is a new cheating practice, but as we can see, almost half of the participants fell for this "notification". As many as 4 people, along with me 10, also thought it was a notification, and they had to click the button to get their bonus. And that's only for 1 tournament, and they do them quite often.
Nevertheless, I will be restrained, and I hope that the casino will come to its senses and give me back my honestly won money. For now, I don't think you should register with this casino, because if the casino is willing to go tricky even over little things like this, they clearly shouldn't be trusted with your money.

To be honest, this is the most unpleasant kind of scam I have ever fallen for.

Be careful of this casino. On my first deposit I got a match offer. And I progressed my way through the first couple vip levels. And my rewards did not get added automatically. They added them manually which was fine. They also offer cash back. But when I asked about the cash back they told me I had committed bonus fraud and am a bonus abuser. So I wasn't eligible for a cash back. They could not answer exactly how I was an abuser and agreed that I hadn't done anything wrong. They said I wasn't eligible for cash back as my bonus amount was higher than my deposit amount. Which was interesting as they offer a 100 percent match for your first deposit. If this is how they treat you after your first deposit how will they treat you later on.
