This is the worst DAMA casino I've ever played in. First of all, they sent me an offer that for deposit 20 AUD I will get 100 free spins, in terms it was written with max wins is 50 AUD. I asked the agent in the chat if it was a mistake, because it is not possible that the offer was structured in this way. I got the answer that max win 50 AUD concerns the winnings from free spins. After the turnover, I had 430 AUD, after verifying the documents, they reduced my winnings to 50 AUD. So the agent misled me and the maximum win from this offer is 30 AUD plus 20 initial deposit = 50. Scandal. The casino also refuses to accept my bank statement where every DAMA casino.
