As the Casino have renewed they offer you again "first deposit bonus". Okay Cool! I took it. everything was fine, til i went to play Wazdan slots: Book of Magic and Hungry Shark. First slot: Book of Magic i got freespins and got triggered the freespins 4x times so i got total winnings 190€ and after the freespins ended, the slot shows me a black window with an "ERROR". i was like OKAY lets reload the game and i can get my winning money attached to my balance. Sad thing happened - the game opened just normal like i was neverEVER winning there just a seconds ago (im talking my win 190€) Okay what to do next? i contact to ChatSupport and they delivered my problem forward to Thenical Support - i was like okay maybe they act "FAST" i really hoped that. meanwhile support told me that i can play forward if i want. And i did! I wanted to try the same company games so i choose Hungry Shark. In a meanwhile i got also freespins and i won about 18-19€ there. After the freespins were completed the game shows me the same black window with the letter ERROR: i was like "thank you". and the money didnt attach my balance. so the money was lost aswell. Went back to Chatsupport and tell them that another game tells me the same error. They attached this story with the first one and told me that "We contact you as soon as possible". I was again really optimistic that maybe 24h max and i get my money. Til today i have been waiting over 3days. I got an e-mail from their senior advisor claiming me to play in a way thats not allowed. But this time i was lucky and won and now im being accused for play in a way thats not allowed? Unfair confiscation of winnings
I have been playing regularly on CasinoWilds in the last three months. They changed their bonus rules about 3-4 months ago. Now real money and bonus money are separately on players' accounts. If player wins with real money, he can just forfeit the bonus and withdraw the winnings. I read their bonus terms, but was unsure if there is max bet when playing with real money. Their customer service answered that max bet rule does not apply when playing with real money. Every time I claimed a bonus, I first bet 7.5e-10e on slots with real money. If I lost real money, I changed my bet size to the maximum bet allowed (or less). If I had some nice winnings with real money, I forfeited the bonus and withdrew winnings. This happened 8 times in the last three months. Winnings were paid fast. Well, this week I got email that I have broken their bonus T&C. I had won about 400EUR with real money and forfeited the bonus. I was very surprised, I thought that I accidentally didn't have noticed that there was no more real money left and bet too much on bonus money. No, I hadn't touched the bonus money - now they just had started to interpret their rules differently, without noticing players! Max bet rule now applies too when playing with real money (the rule itself on T&C hasn't changed). Why I consider confiscation of my winnings unfair: 1) Their customer service gave wrong information 2) I played 3 months without problems with that information 3) If I was breaking the max bet rule all the time, they should have informed me about that long time ago. Not just one day decide to confiscate winnings. Their max bet rule is as follows: "When you have bonus(es) awarded to you and/or your account, whether active or inactive, you are not allowed to bet more than €3 per bet. Doing so will completely void the bonus or any redeemed amount from the bonus." I thought that this applies only when playing with bonus money (like it works in all other casinos). The other sentence says too, that even breaking the rule will void bonus or money redeemed from the bonus. Nothing about real money winnings. Anyway their customer service didn't know too how it should work... Now they still send promotion emails and they write: "Please note that we have changed the maximum bet while playing with bonus money to €3 per bet." This gives an impression that max bet applies only to bonus money. I have got final answer from the casino that they won't pay my winnings. I really hope they reconsider that decision.

Good selection of games, especially credits that they have Playson, which i love so much and that is one of my favorite providers. If wilds could add BTG or PnG providers would be even better! Those are my three favourites!

Also casinowilds gives you often bonuses or atleast I get them quite often via email. Wagering is a bit high according to other casinos, but they have wagering xBonus not D+B which is the first thing I look when I take bonuses and that is my favourite bonus system to go.

Support is fast in my experience, withdrawals after documents verified very fast (My experience of Trustly method 1-2 hours) and documents themself got verified in around 12+ hours so pretty quick.

Incase you do make deposit especially with bonus, read T&C's first about max bets/allowed slots. Important as always!

Also +plus for MGA license which is important for me since I play these days only in MGA licensed casinos.

As dislikes I would say what I witnessed are that slots were a bit laggy sometimes kinda frozed for few seconds/was spinning too long, but the issue could be also in my network or then just they have slots which lags bit more than usual.

As this is former BlingCity casino, so another dislike I spot as my personal option is the re-brand of the site, in my opinion blingcity platform/sites outfit, colors and all that was better, but yeah everyone has their own opinion of that thought.

When my account at Bling Casino got transferred to CasinoWilds some time back, I didn't even bother to try and play at CasinoWilds, mostly because the casino didn't have my favourite games then. Some months back, CasinoWilds changed to a new platform, with a promise of 3000 games to be available, but after a few visits, I still found the casino not attractive enough! Well, yesterday, I gave it another peek, but found that a lot of game providers have now become available, including my favourite games, so that finally attracted me to make my first ever deposit at CasinoWilds.

Don't really know if all the 3000 games have been installed or not, but that doesn't interest me much, as long as I can play on my chosen games. That's all that really matters to me. Thankfully enough, the minimum required deposit to claim its Welcome Bonus was only 10 EUR, so that eased a lot of pain on my aching e-wallet, hahaha. With 20 EUR in hand, I then played my favourite game that could be played with just 0.10 bets, and that game was none other than Finn And The Swirly Spin. I had thought of playing Asgardian Stones, but that new game could eat a lot before starting to pay back, so I didn't want to take that risk. Nah! It didn't make any difference at all, because that Finn game wasn't playing good at all, and I finally lost all my balance!

Where the casino itself is concerned, there are a few things that really annoyed me very much! Firstly, games cannot be loaded up using a slow 2G internet connection - a blank black page would hang forever! Games would only load up with a 3G or faster internet connection, or after being cached up beforehand, so this isn't encouraging at all. Not only that, even on a 3G connection, I still got several 'lost connection' errors that required me to refresh or reload the webpage, plus lots of lags along the way. This new platform definitely needs more fine tuning to make it work better and to be slow-connection-friendly!

Then there's also that ridiculous 10-minutes play time before getting logged out automatically! Changing the time limit setting didn't work at all, I don't really know why, and I cannot understand why either, but getting logged out every 10 minutes is something that I simply hate and cannot accept! It wasted a lot of my time, it got my temperature up. and worse still, it completely spoiled whatever entertainment I was trying to get at the casino! I became so irritated and annoyed that I just wanted to end my play on my favourite game as quickly as I could, then to log out immediately and never come back! With all these annoyances, coming back to play would only mean more disappointments and heartaches!

I can understand that any new platform would face lots of teething problems, so whatever I had encountered at CasinoWilds were not surprising at all. However, it is my hope that my complaints here would open the casino's eyes for them to know what's not going right with their platform, even though other players may not be facing the same issues that I had faced. For the time being, CasinoWilds is not a casino I would want to come back and play again, not until all the mentioned issues have been resolved.

The only positive thing about Casinowilds is that they have an extensive selection of providers.

Based on my own experience I would not recommend this casino. The bonus terms are very harsh, playing 1 wrong game (by accident) and your winnings are confiscated. High wagering etc.

The mobile site works terrible, every time you want to play another game you have to log off/in again.

Chat takes very long and is not helpful at all. During my time playing at casinowilds (approx 2months) I encountered various technical problems. Games lagging, logged out during play, unable to withdrawal etc.

Casinowilds will spam you with bonus offers every day, but break 1 bonus rule and say goodbye to your money.

All in all I decided to play elsewhere and would absolutely not recommend this casino to anyone.

Casino Wilds previously known as bling city casino is one my favourite casinos for the main fact that they have nice deposit bonuses and free spins offers. They offer providers such as Netent and PlaynGo. Although lately I have not been a big fan of Netent slots, I play here because of PlaynGo.

I received an email about 2 days ago about the casino moving onto a new platform. They will be having more than 3000 slots, which is very good because now they have like 150 slots or so. I just hope these will not be one of those platforms where South Africa will be restricted. As I was disappointed when Chance hill casino made the same move and restricted me even though I loved playing there.

When the name change was undergoing they offered another welcome offer again. They offered 400% bonus at the time, which really surprised me. I decided to take it. I like these huge deposit bonuses and the nice thing is there is no max cash out on their deposit bonuses. However, it seem they removed the rule of withdrawing real cash while a bonus is active. Now every deposit is tied with the bonus money, which was not the case before the name change.

Support is still one of the better ones out there. When you contact support, they respond within 1 minute more or less and they are pretty much on point with most questions you have for them. I am actually excited, waiting for the new platform to be live to see what is happening over there, and hopefully they will offer a nice bonus to celebrate the new beginning.

Withdrawals are within 24 hours once you are verified which good compare to most casinos is. I cannot find any fault with this casino at all. I will try to become a more regular depositor here.

The promotion campaign is really innovative and fun.

I had spent over AUD$1500 in one night with the casino but when I come into chat asking for a freebie, I was met with such bluntness that left feeling like I had done something wrong! Then months later I got an email to say, the reason why I hadn't been receiving bonus offers was because they were investigating certain players who had been abusing their bonuses! And now that I was in the clear, they were offering a deposit bonus of 100% when I had in fact already have 125% available to me that I had earned when I was playing.

I played here before and then it was fine, they had MGA license(Malta Gaming Authority) and that is always a good thing for the players.

Now I can see that they dont have an MGA license anymore even though askgamblers states so.
Either they lost the MGA license of they ended it by them self, either way I can not see any good or honest reason to not have a MGA license when they have had it before.
So I will not play here anymore and I will tell players to be aware!
