CasinoWilds - Unafair and unjustified ''Suspicious Activity'' accusations

Hello, I made my sign up to this casino on 30-6-2016, the name of the casino then was Bling City Casino, made a deposit of 100 euros via Neteller and got the 100 euro bonus. I start playing Pandoras Box slot game and I won 1087 euros. Because I didnt use the bonus I could forfeit the bonus of 100 and withdraw the rest 987 and I did. I first check my account that bonus hasnt been used to be sure I could withdraw. And I was correct. Casino then asked me for documents. Send them passport, ID, water bill and I was waiting for the payment. On 22-09-2016 respond me that my account is locked for investigation and it will take months !!!!! On 04-11-2016 they told me that my account is locked for ever because of suspicious activity..!!!!!! and they cant tell me more. I think they just dont want to pay my winnings. Can you please check my problem and let me know?

Thank you for writing. The casino called BlingCity no longer exists but CasinoWilds did take over the player platform and the player data, meaning we accept responsibility for past issues as well. CasinoWilds opened 21 September.
I work with affiliates (marketing partners) for CasinoWilds and have no access to player data. Without your user name at CasinoWilds, I will not be able to help you so I hope you can let me know that detail. Hello again Heldrake66!

I managed to trace your "case" with the help of the information you provided and your account has been re-opened since no evidence of suspicious activity has been found.
It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions of CasinoWilds (and was for the former brand, BlingCity) that accounts may be locked for up to 6 months pending investigation. This is not a reason for the company to withhold funds just for the fun of it, but to ensure everything is correct - and believe me, not everything is, which is why sometimes we need to wait several months to come to a conclusion - and once satisfied that all is in order, the payment will be issued.
I can deliberate on this and explain better, should you wish to understand more about why and how this decision was taken but I can assure you that this was nothing personal but part of what we have to do to ensure transactions and winnings are lawful.
I know that withdrawals to e-wallets can take some time to arrive but I hope you will have your winnings in good time for Christmas and wish you a very Happy New Year. If you have any further questions or queries, please feel welcome to contact me directly via email.
