Hi,

I have found casino wilds with good promotion yesterday.So, I decided to claim their welcome bonus 200% which rollover requirements 40X as per terms.I had played whole night and enjoyed a lot to play there because of plenty of popular slots which pays really fair.First I was jumped 10X of my deposit but my balances decreases because of my bad luck!However I have wagered more than 80X so far and my balances showing withdrawable only 31 euro.So,I was decided to withdraw but problem faced into withdraw section.I can't withdraw any amount!There showing a strange new requirement is I have to wager my deposit once!! How funny!!!As I mentioned earlier I had rolled over more than 80X and my balances showing withdrawable but I can't withdraw.After that I contacted with live support who asked me to send her all screenshots what is my trouble about where She also claimed I can make withdraw request.For instance she couldn't help me to make withdraw request but she advised she will escalated this matter to their technical team.But after waited very long time,nothing happened.I never had experienced this kind of trouble ever my gambling life!So, I want to drag your attention this matter and your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hi Iftekhar!

Thank you for writing about this. We would strive to resolve any issue asap but this came in now, 17:20 a Friday night, and our payments department is fully staffed bank days but not weekends. Hence, it may take until the start of next week before I will have an answer. I am not privy to any player data myself but I have sent this matter for urgent investigation.

Please confirm that you reverse and played off your winnings. Keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as rejected and your complaint will be closed accordingly.

Based on casino's last post it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been reversed by the player and played off, also even we ask player for confirmation he didn't reply to AskGamblers Complaints Team. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.
