So this is the case.. I made a deposit of 20 EU with came with a 100% deposit bonus. The max bet while playing with this bonus is €3,- I managed to wager the total amount of wagering requirement with a maximum bet of 2 euro,s. My bonus was wagered and converted to cash at 372 euro’s. No bonus was active or inactive anymore because of meeting wagering requirements. After that i played a max. Total of 20 bets at €5,- AGAIN: BONUS WAS NOT ACTIVE OR INACTIVE ANYMORE! The wagering was met and 352,45 was converted in real cash. I withdrawed the money, and a few hours later 332,45 was forfeited because of playing higher bets dan €3,-. How is this possible?! I already converted the bonus to real cash!! This is illegal what there are doing, never experienced this before at all the casino’s i’ve played! Please help me to solve this. As the Casino have renewed they offer you again "first deposit bonus". Okay Cool! I took it. everything was fine, til i went to play Wazdan slots: Book of Magic and Hungry Shark. First slot: Book of Magic i got freespins and got triggered the freespins 4x times so i got total winnings 190€ and after the freespins ended, the slot shows me a black window with an "ERROR". i was like OKAY lets reload the game and i can get my winning money attached to my balance. Sad thing happened - the game opened just normal like i was neverEVER winning there just a seconds ago (im talking my win 190€) Okay what to do next? i contact to ChatSupport and they delivered my problem forward to Thenical Support - i was like okay maybe they act "FAST" i really hoped that. meanwhile support told me that i can play forward if i want. And i did! I wanted to try the same company games so i choose Hungry Shark. In a meanwhile i got also freespins and i won about 18-19€ there. After the freespins were completed the game shows me the same black window with the letter ERROR: i was like "thank you". and the money didnt attach my balance. so the money was lost aswell. Went back to Chatsupport and tell them that another game tells me the same error. They attached this story with the first one and told me that "We contact you as soon as possible". I was again really optimistic that maybe 24h max and i get my money. Til today i have been waiting over 3days. And everytime i go to chatsupport they telling me that they waiting answer of tehnical support. Its so ridicoulus already that i dont know waht to do anymore. Confiscated my win without any reason

I have played in the casino Wilds for a long time already and never had any issues. Unfortunately, a couple of days ago, on the twenty third August, to be precise, I got the email from the casino where they informed me that the winnings from my bonus have been confiscated due to the bonus abuse, my win was 1 200 EUR. Basically, the casino was stating that i have decreased the stake amount by 50% or more after a large win in order to complete wagering requirement while the bonus was active. I looked through the game history and found no sign for the violation they mentioned. So, next day I wrote to the casino that there should be some kind of mistake and there was no stake decrease. Hi, I have found casino wilds with good promotion yesterday.So, I decided to claim their welcome bonus 200% which rollover requirements 40X as per terms.I had played whole night and enjoyed a lot to play there because of plenty of popular slots which pays really fair.First I was jumped 10X of my deposit but my balances decreases because of my bad luck!However I have wagered more than 80X so far and my balances showing withdrawable only 31 euro.So,I was decided to withdraw but problem faced into withdraw section.I can't withdraw any amount!There showing a strange new requirement is I have to wager my deposit once!! Unfair confiscation of winnings

I have been playing regularly on CasinoWilds in the last three months. They changed their bonus rules about 3-4 months ago. Now real money and bonus money are separately on players' accounts. If player wins with real money, he can just forfeit the bonus and withdraw the winnings. I read their bonus terms, but was unsure if there is max bet when playing with real money. Their customer service answered that max bet rule does not apply when playing with real money. Every time I claimed a bonus, I first bet 7.5e-10e on slots with real money. If I lost real money, I changed my bet size to the maximum bet allowed (or less). If I had some nice winnings with real money, I forfeited the bonus and withdrew winnings. This happened 8 times in the last three months. Winnings were paid fast. Well, this week I got email that I have broken their bonus T&C. I had won about 400EUR with real money and forfeited the bonus. I was very surprised, I thought that I accidentally didn't have noticed that there was no more real money left and bet too much on bonus money. No, I hadn't touched the bonus money - now they just had started to interpret their rules differently, without noticing players! Max bet rule now applies too when playing with real money (the rule itself on T&C hasn't changed). Why I consider confiscation of my winnings unfair: 1) Their customer service gave wrong information 2) I played 3 months without problems with that information 3) If I was breaking the max bet rule all the time, they should have informed me about that long time ago. Not just one day decide to confiscate winnings. Their max bet rule is as follows: "When you have bonus(es) awarded to you and/or your account, whether active or inactive, you are not allowed to bet more than €3 per bet. Doing so will completely void the bonus or any redeemed amount from the bonus." I thought that this applies only when playing with bonus money (like it works in all other casinos). The other sentence says too, that even breaking the rule will void bonus or money redeemed from the bonus. Nothing about real money winnings. Anyway their customer service didn't know too how it should work... Now they still send promotion emails and they write: "Please note that we have changed the maximum bet while playing with bonus money to €3 per bet." This gives an impression that max bet applies only to bonus money. I have got final answer from the casino that they won't pay my winnings. I really hope they reconsider that decision.

Unafair and unjustified ''Suspicious Activity'' accusations

Hello, I made my sign up to this casino on 30-6-2016, the name of the casino then was Bling City Casino, made a deposit of 100 euros via Neteller and got the 100 euro bonus. I start playing Pandoras Box slot game and I won 1087 euros. Because I didnt use the bonus I could forfeit the bonus of 100 and withdraw the rest 987 and I did. I first check my account that bonus hasnt been used to be sure I could withdraw. And I was correct. Casino then asked me for documents. Send them passport, ID, water bill and I was waiting for the payment. On 22-09-2016 respond me that my account is locked for investigation and it will take months !!!!! On 04-11-2016 they told me that my account is locked for ever because of suspicious activity..!!!!!! and they cant tell me more. I think they just dont want to pay my winnings. - Idea for Wilds is good and could be a good base
- Design looks ok

- Their Service: after asking for RTP replied "We do this as a one time favor for you. You have all stats in your transactions. Please dont ask us again about this." > ridicilous reply and the next reply was in same style.
- Big Problems at balancing the amounts, sometimes it takes 5 minutes until the balance is to play.
- Search function gives weird display of games.
- Made deposit of 2x 50 for playing with 100 Euro and I could just withdrawal the amount, which got calculated for the first 50 Euro deposit. Rest amount I needed wager again.
- Loyalty program are boring Free Spins with lowest quality at the same boring Netent Slots

First of all I had and have problems to play the Saucify Slots!
Although I have the best Internet Connection, the slots are slow and unstable, all the time!
Several spins take more than 20 sec.
Very often I get the message, an error occurred.
Many times I told this problem the Live-Chat and mailed the support!
They promised to solve it, but nothing happened till now!

I am always interested in good welcome bonuses from casino and I think CasinoWilds has awesome welcome bonus. Make deposit of 20€ and play with 60€, on top of that you will also get 60 free spins in next following days. Really great promotion for first deposit and respect for that!

Yes, of course I claimed this welcome bonus. Starting balance was nice and I was playing with bets around 0.4€ to 0.8€.. but I guess it wasn't my lucky day here. I managed to catch some good winnings but all were below x100 bet. While I was playing it was really hard to raise my balance on over 100€. Beside that I was changing the games so much and in the end I lost the money. Otherwise I think this casino is great – well great for at least first deposit. After that it isn't so great at all. There are no bonuses for second, third deposit and I really miss that here.

The only promotions which they have after first welcome bonus is win trip for two in Las Vegas and some Loyalty Program which I do not like so much because it depends on how much you play there. I think there should be at least three deposit bonuses which doesn't based on that. Otherwise I had some nice time while I was playing here and maybe I will play again in near future – but only if they add 2nd and 3rd deposit bonus. Hehe. My ratio for CasinoWilds will be 8 out of 10 possible stars. I trust them and I think it's a descent online casino with good welcome bonus. Selection of video slots is quite good, I like their design – each video slot has big logo picture so it's much easier to scroll down in game menu and find the right game. When I saw this casino for the very first time I didn't know neither realized its well known casino but re branded as Casinowilds, actually this is the former Bling City Casino. Dont know why they close their doors but I guess all is good since their are again in the market. Their site is totally different and as I can see they added some new casino games providers as a Play’n GO, Betsoft, and Genii.

Must say not my favorites the second mentioned as I never liked their games as Play N Go and Genii are slots which I a familiar with. The thing I liked about Casinowilds they have added live support feature although the old Bling City casino never had that feature but still they would answer via email support very quickly.

Their welcome bonus is great which is 200% match but seeing it this way would be up to 20 euros because their promo is deposit 20 euros $ play with 60 euros which by my opinion is a great bonus and think every player should take advantage of it because of the wagering of this bonus. The wagering requirements of this bonus is X 38 but the bonus only not like other casinos will give you the same amount but the wagering would be deposit plus bonus given.

I sign up here maybe few months ago when they had some promo with free wilds. Other thing I like about this new casino is the free spins given. There is 2 different types of free spins which the first one free spins have wagering and the others are wild free spins which are real one so no wagering at all. As I understood those wild free we earn them while we play. Well cant brag about them too much because I have only few of them just because I had terrible run on Piggy Riches.

I made few deposit so far and still didn't had a withdraw,hopefully it will be soon. Polite customer support. Can't say much more then that.

False advertisement, on there website they write with big letter deposit 20 play with 60, so I made an account and couldn't find this offer they have all over there website, contacts support and after a while they say its not longer available. I thought this is weird and also false advertisement, so I ended my account right there and I wont ever come back to this casino, wont be a member of a casino who deceives customers, in some countries false advertisement is illegal and they should stop doing that.

1st slot Book Of Dead, was a great start, won over 100x bet from 1e. Later monster hit on Alien Robots x800 bet on 1,2 stake. Account has risen to 900 euro, more netent Wild Rockets, up to 1200e.
