This month I've been taking and using no deposit codes for casinos with Top Game software. I didn't want to get busted so fast, so I switched it to Grave Grabbers slot. It is in a deathly theme design and I really like that. I placed 0.20 eur per spin and after 2 spins I got 12 free spins with 3x multiplier. It gave me 2.50 eur- not much but better than nothing. I doubled my bet and I wasn't counting on anything, but after few dead spins I got 6.80 win. And that's the best I've got out of this game ever.

I kept playing this game with 0.20-0.40 bets per spin, started to lose more than gain and eventually my balance met 0. I am really surprised to say this, but I have nothing bad to say about this casino, even though I don't like Top Game software, my time at Casino Moons was great. From all Top Game casinos this one wasn't my favorite, so I won't be making a deposit there, but for the ones who like Top Game games, I can recommend this casino. But me being me, I never reject anything free, so I accepted that sign-up bonus to try out their games first. I told the live chat host that the tempting deposit bonus can come after I had finished playing for free.

That's exactly what I did...I made a deposit after playing for free. Even though the initial free sign-up bonus of $20 wasn't a lot to sustain a good period of game play, it was sufficient enough for me to get a feel of the slots. The reels were going smoothly and not too hungry, and I enjoyed playing my two favourite games of Diablo 13 and Fandango's. So when the free credits finally ran out after some minutes of play, I clicked on live chat again for that deposit bonus. I can't really recall whether it was 300% or 400%, but for my $25 deposit, I got a reasonably good amount to enjoy more of the slots, especially my favourite two games. Lady Luck was with me one minute...gone the next...and back again later on, hehehe. It was going like a game of yo-yo...up and down, up and down...the credit balance I mean. But at the end of the day, all of the credits came to a big duck-egg and I logged out of the casino feeling quite satisfied. No win but a satisfying game play.

On several occasions I had wanted to come back and play at Casino Moons, but when I started facing withdrawal problems from their sister casinos 7Reels and Winward, I changed my mind. The last thing I would want was to face yet another withdrawal problem from another Winward's casino. As things ended up, I could not get my money from either of the two casinos, which finally ended up with the closing all of my accounts at Winward group of casinos. Sadly enough, Casino Moons was one of them. I would have carried on playing at Casino Moons if not for those two idiotic sister casinos. Still, my advice to all intending players at Casino Moons, please be very careful and very cautious at all times. Know their withdrawal terms before playing. Ask live chat if you are not keen on reading up. Hopefully you'll enjoy playing at Casino Moons.

There are hundreds of online casinos with more opening every month. I'm always searching for new experiences in gambling (new casino) and time to casino Moons (my first Top Game casino).

First- I check the terms and conditions and one thing struck me as bizarre I found in the terms and conditions page:
-7.3 Casino Moons shall honor only one payout approval per related account, per review and per week.
-7.4 Once approved, a withdrawal request can take between 24 hours to 12 business days to be finalized.
I couldn't believe my eyes, only one withdrawal possible per week, and that can take up to 12 business days.
Also:
Point 7.8.2 Members must have all required documents on file before requesting a payout.Should any information mismatch occur on a Casino Moons Member’s account, Casino Moons is entitled to request additional documents in order to prove the identity and payment used on her/his other account registered within the same management company of the network of sites, prior to approving any withdrawal request.

Point 7.8.3 All documentation received is valid for one year. It is the Member's sole responsibility to provide the Security Department with updated copies of the necessary documents.

This means you must send new copies of the documents every year.
These withdrawal terms are the WORST of any internet casino I have seen. BE CAREFUL when DEPOSITING and PLAYING!!!

However, Top Game software is good, the navigation in the lobby is easy. And everything is totally clear and functionally and nothing confusing, I like that. They have a large selection slots games but only four variants of Video Poker and three variants of blackjack.

I've tried a few slot games and Slots have cute graphics and fun bonus rounds. I really enjoyed the high-quality of the games at Casino Moons

Overall-nice software fantastic slots, Well done Top Game but horrible terms.

Something else :I don't like it when their support staff pop up on screen to ask if I need any help to deposit or want a bonus if I deposit more money, if I need or wanted assistance I would ask for it.

I didn’t know or like Top Game casinos because I knew they had a lot of troubles with the pay outs and with the winner players, but they offered a no deposit bonus so I didn’t needed to risk my money so I gave them a chance. I visited their home page but it is seems a little bit poor and old.

They had a downloadable and an instant play version seems first look, but if you click to the play now button the software download starts. So they didn’t had instant play casino :D.

When you started to install the casino I needed to accept their terms and conditions when I clicked to install button. After I registered I went to the cashier and filled my personal details then I started to speak with the support because she write to me instantly. I asked her to credit my bonus but she wanted to give me a 450% bonus with 25x wagering requirements anyway. I told to her I only want my no deposit bonus than I maybe make a deposit, she checked my account then she credited me with my 20 euro no deposit bonus.

I went to the devils delight game, it is a 13 line slot with wilds and bonus features, I didn’t get any from it, I played with 1.3 euro per spin and my money went down like the lightning. After I played my money down the support was offered again their match bonus but I refuse it again. I didn’t think this is the best place where you can play because they had only a few slot and casino games. And didn’t forgot the complaints from the withdrawal issues, you need to wait months to get your money.

But what I said it was free so nothing to lose until you deposit.

I downloaded this casino and gave them the bonus code and they said it was invalid and that they had no association with this site AskGamblers and were not very friendly. They did not offer any other kind of bonus and was kind of rude. So BEWARE new players if you want to try there casino out your going to have to deposit.

Casino Moons is one of the few providers that operate on TopGame software. They have a decent looking Lobby screen with very easy to navigate or to find all the important info's that a player can look for. It’s nice of them to provide a short demo tour to introduce themselves and a little tutorial to help the rookies how to use the casino software and what are the settings options. As a TopGame casino they don’t have a large selection of games (only 30 video slots, 2 roulette and 1 keno are in their repertoire). Basically, they offer a little bit of everything not giving a truly chance for a real choice. I like their Lost Inca’s Gold 25-line slot the most, which has (as its name suggests) a theme built around the rainforest, ancient treasures, extinct civilization. It features treasure maps as scatters, wild symbols and a great bonus when 3 or more treasure chests trigger the ’Lost Inca’s Gold’ bonus game. I consider it a very enjoyable game to play with.

I think their weakest link is the process of withdrawal. I understand the importance of the security but they have some unnecessary steps. The payouts are reviewed only from Sunday to Thursday and once it’s approved the payout takes 12-14 business days to be finalized. The minimum withdrawal amount is €50, only one cashout approval allowed per week and only one request including all other sites operated by Winward Group. Besides the standard documents (which must be provided them EVERY year) they also require a copy of telephone bill and they may call the player to verify the phone is in working order.

Apart from the very strict withdrawal rules (if it wouldn’t be so complicated maybe I’d see myself as a regular player of them) and the limitation of the available games, the Casino Moons is a very decent casino.
