My account has been disabled when I was waiting for a withdrawal

Hi I have been waiting more than the 5 working days for my withdrawal of 100 dollars to come through to my skrill account I messaged a member of the team yesterday using livechat and he said it should go through Friday which is today 14/10/2022. today I went to login to check if my money had processed and I couldn't get into my account and this message appeared.

"Please note this account has been disabled. For further details, please contact us at, through Live Help, or via e-mail at Casino Moons." I didn't even get notified my account is fully verified I have mad 2 deposits one of 10 au dollars and another or 24 au dollars I want to know if they knew somehow my account was breaching terms and conditions and still allowed me to deposit knowing I wouldn't be able to withdraw anything which is essentially scamming I read a lot of bad reports about this site.

Delaying payment of winnings

Refusing to pay out $700 of winnings for the past few months.Have been asked numerous times for all different type of verification which I have provided including a phone call from the security department to confirm the verification.Now they have just kept reversing the withdrawal in the hope that it will be gambled which it won’t.Definitely avoid using this casino will not pay out but will happily take payment.

I have been struggling with my payout from casino moons for a month now. The payment was declined 5 times now. The first time was because of a print screen of Skrill that I submitted then it was declined twice for a card voucher that I needed to fill in and I submitted it both times. The fourth time was because they needed a picture of me holding my ID document and then now the fifth time was because of a random verification on my account. As per the emails that I attached every time they say all is in order and my documents are correct and the just another excuse. I wonder what the new issue will be this time. I had to play through bonuses as well and lost a lot of my winnings because of that. they don't answer my emails before hand and only correspond when payment was declined. They don't even have a live chat on the app anymore, I have all the screenshots of our live chats as well.

4000AUD Withdrawal declined & 3 times Account Verification

Submitted withdrawal request for $4000 on the fifth day it was declined. The excuse was they didn’t have proof of ownership of payment method. They requested a bank statement so I sent bank statements for all 3 cards I have on file and then resubmitted withdrawal request.

4 days after submitting the new request I accidentally cancelled it. So I decided to resubmit but change the payout method from wire transfer to Bitcoin. They say the Bitcoin transfer is instant once approved compared to up to 15 days for wire transfer. Then of course on day 5 again I receive an email saying withdrawal declined due to not having credit card vouchers on my account. Are they serious ?? Why was I not advised of this last time. They told me they only needed bank statements. So I go ahead and complete the vouchers for all cards on file and email a scanned copy with photo Id and copy of credit cards. I then ask via email if any more documents proving my id and ownership of accounts is required and I’m told no I’m fully verified so I go ahead and resubmit the withdrawal request for a 3rd time.

On day 3 of the new request I get an email saying declined again. This time for account verification - apparently it’s random selection.

This is absolutely disgusting. It is just another tactic to delay the withdrawal process and not have to pay. I have emailed several times asking why all of a sudden I have to provide all these proof of ownership documents, ID, bank statements and the list goes on but when I comes to me depositing they are more than happy to take my money with absolutely no questions asked and no ID or proof of ownership required. No one has bothered to answer that one.

I’m appalled at the delay tactics used when it comes to them paying out money. I just want to be paid what is rightfully mine and if they keep stalling or refuse I will be disputing all transactions made with my bank and reporting them as fraud.

Delayed payment of 500EUR

I have a 500 EUR request pending and they are refusing to go through it even though I'm verified. I have tried contacting support with no luck. I will provide screenshots and hope I can receive help from you AskGamblers. Where do I apply the screenshot? I have a really edgy feeling considering the lack of communication and that they just keep delaying without letting me know about anything that`s happening surrounding the withdrawals. The casino is otherwise great and always received the perfect help from the chat. Operator Dwayne has just completely blacklisted me and has no way to get a response. Like a dream - waiting for collaboration

I requested some withdrawals that have been cancelled for multiple verification reasons that I had already complied with everything and my last request this May 11, 2022 for $500 is again cancelled asking for another verification as they had said for all the cards that I had used even if they knew that I only used one card and that is already done as I sent them the paperwork. Therefore my account was already verified at an earlier date and complied with everything they required me to but I don't understand why this is taking so long it has been over feeling like forever since they have cancelled previous withdrawal requests. Since the first time I requested last April 19. 2022, since then they keep asking for more information for verification I submitted everything. Account was verified. Still nothing on any hope of when I will receive my winnings. I do have screenshots but don't know where to submit them? Anyone can walk me through the right way that would be so much appreciated.

Prolonged withdrawal

I first tried to withdraw $4000 that I had won off bonuses. I was approved $100 and declined $3900 after 5 days with an explanation as to the bonus rules.

Having a better understanding of the rules, I continued to play on this website.

I put in a withdrawal request for $4000 that I won from loyalty cash back which I confirmed had no wager or minimum bet.

After 5 days I was approved $100 and declined $3900 again with the bonus offer explained to me again . I disputed this as I had gone through the entire reconciliation history to prove my point that my win was not won from any bonus.

After 5 more days I was sent an apology email an my account credited $3900.

Another withdrawal request was put in. Another five days and they declined my withdrawal due to not having correct bank confirmation details. I sent this in (again).

Another withdrawal request another five days. My withdrawal had been declined to to random selection for verification purposes.

Another withdrawal request...... I have been do patient and I have been polite and understanding but it feels as though I may never see my money. I am really suffering from this due to financial hardships and I have 3 children to feed.

I've sent multiple emails and chat messages. I can't wait any more someone please help me.

Good day, I have tried to withdraw from casino moons,waited the 5 days twice now but no results My account was verified and accepted but when I want to withdraw they told me I should send a picture of myself holding my ID in my hand to [email protected] which I did twice but no feedback from them. They deposit the withdrawal amount back to my casino account after 5 days and then ask to resend picture of me holding my ID. Can you please advise or help me to get my funds? Hello, I recently have placed 2 withdrawal requests, my first being declined as I did not understand wagering requirements and fair enough I accept that no worries. However my second request I had waited over 5 business days (the said time period) only to notice my money had been put back into my gaming account with no email from casino moons explaining why.

I have also sent multiple emails to support and the accounting emails with a told wait time of 72 hours for a reply, yet I’ve been waiting over a week as well. It’s getting frustrating as it is hard to contact them with a quick reply solving the issue and not receiving my money with no explanation as to why.

Exhausting withdrawal process

I am trying for the past 2 weeks to get my winnings paid but after 5 days, firstly it was my proof of address, which I resubmitted, then it di not correspond with what they have, I resent the latest bank statement and then it was the Ecopayz Account screenshot that was not clear, this is only after 5 days of waiting. the support team says the verification has been declined, I resubmit documents and after 5 days the same thing, Can I please get assistance to withdraw my winnings. The second time it was rejected was that they say the screen shot was not clear, I resent the screenshots and the agent say all documents are in order and I should get paid out in 5 days. This month I've been taking and using no deposit codes for casinos with Top Game software. It's clearly not my favorite one and I mostly don't deposit in their casinos, but I wanted to try my luck at Casino Moons.I liked the name of it and I felt lucky that evening, I signed up after my session at Rich casino.

They have instant play version, but this time I preferred to download their software. After the sign up. I claimed the bonus, and after I logged in it was in my balance. With my 20 eur ND I went to slots and chose to play Crazy Jungle. It is a 15 payline slot and I placed 0.30 eur bets per spin, but within 40 spins I didn't get anything more than few cents and it ate my balance pretty quickly. I didn't want to get busted so fast, so I switched it to Grave Grabbers slot. It is in a deathly theme design and I really like that. I placed 0.20 eur per spin and after 2 spins I got 12 free spins with 3x multiplier. It gave me 2.50 eur- not much but better than nothing. I doubled my bet and I wasn't counting on anything, but after few dead spins I got 6.80 win. And that's the best I've got out of this game ever.

I kept playing this game with 0.20-0.40 bets per spin, started to lose more than gain and eventually my balance met 0. I am really surprised to say this, but I have nothing bad to say about this casino, even though I don't like Top Game software, my time at Casino Moons was great. From all Top Game casinos this one wasn't my favorite, so I won't be making a deposit there, but for the ones who like Top Game games, I can recommend this casino. Hi everyone! For new players who are less in the know, Casino Moons is one of Winward's group of casinos using the Top Game software platform. Players who face difficulty in finding a casino to play at should be able to play at any of the Top Game casinos.

Amongst all the Top game casinos that exists today, I found Casino Moons to be one of the playable kind. Playable in the sense that the games seem to be not so tight as in others and the live chat hosts are more friendlier and polite. When I signed up at Casino Moons, I was given a free sign-up bonus after completing the registration and profile details. The live chat host was kind enough to inform me earlier on that a sign-up bonus is just like a no-deposit bonus, meaning meant for fun play only, and he also offered me a good welcoming deposit bonus if I make a deposit right away. But me being me, I never reject anything free, so I accepted that sign-up bonus to try out their games first. I told the live chat host that the tempting deposit bonus can come after I had finished playing for free.

That's exactly what I did...I made a deposit after playing for free. Even though the initial free sign-up bonus of $20 wasn't a lot to sustain a good period of game play, it was sufficient enough for me to get a feel of the slots. The reels were going smoothly and not too hungry, and I enjoyed playing my two favourite games of Diablo 13 and Fandango's. So when the free credits finally ran out after some minutes of play, I clicked on live chat again for that deposit bonus. There are hundreds of online casinos with more opening every month. I'm always searching for new experiences in gambling (new casino) and time to casino Moons (my first Top Game casino).

First- I check the terms and conditions and one thing struck me as bizarre I found in the terms and conditions page:
-7.3 Casino Moons shall honor only one payout approval per related account, per review and per week.
-7.4 Once approved, a withdrawal request can take between 24 hours to 12 business days to be finalized.
I couldn't believe my eyes, only one withdrawal possible per week, and that can take up to 12 business days.
Also:
Point 7.8.2 Members must have all required documents on file before requesting a payout.Should any information mismatch occur on a Casino Moons Member’s account, Casino Moons is entitled to request additional documents in order to prove the identity and payment used on her/his other account registered within the same management company of the network of sites, prior to approving any withdrawal request.

Point 7.8.3 All documentation received is valid for one year. It is the Member's sole responsibility to provide the Security Department with updated copies of the necessary documents.

This means you must send new copies of the documents every year.
These withdrawal terms are the WORST of any internet casino I have seen. BE CAREFUL when DEPOSITING and PLAYING!!!

However, Top Game software is good, the navigation in the lobby is easy. And everything is totally clear and functionally and nothing confusing, I like that. They have a large selection slots games but only four variants of Video Poker and three variants of blackjack.

I've tried a few slot games and Slots have cute graphics and fun bonus rounds. I really enjoyed the high-quality of the games at Casino Moons

Overall-nice software fantastic slots, Well done Top Game but horrible terms.

Something else :I don't like it when their support staff pop up on screen to ask if I need any help to deposit or want a bonus if I deposit more money, if I need or wanted assistance I would ask for it.

I didn’t know or like Top Game casinos because I knew they had a lot of troubles with the pay outs and with the winner players, but they offered a no deposit bonus so I didn’t needed to risk my money so I gave them a chance. I visited their home page but it is seems a little bit poor and old.

They had a downloadable and an instant play version seems first look, but if you click to the play now button the software download starts. So they didn’t had instant play casino :D.

When you started to install the casino I needed to accept their terms and conditions when I clicked to install button. After I registered I went to the cashier and filled my personal details then I started to speak with the support because she write to me instantly. I asked her to credit my bonus but she wanted to give me a 450% bonus with 25x wagering requirements anyway. I told to her I only want my no deposit bonus than I maybe make a deposit, she checked my account then she credited me with my 20 euro no deposit bonus.

I went to the devils delight game, it is a 13 line slot with wilds and bonus features, I didn’t get any from it, I played with 1.3 euro per spin and my money went down like the lightning. After I played my money down the support was offered again their match bonus but I refuse it again. I didn’t think this is the best place where you can play because they had only a few slot and casino games. And didn’t forgot the complaints from the withdrawal issues, you need to wait months to get your money.

But what I said it was free so nothing to lose until you deposit.

I downloaded this casino and gave them the bonus code and they said it was invalid and that they had no association with this site AskGamblers and were not very friendly. They did not offer any other kind of bonus and was kind of rude. So BEWARE new players if you want to try there casino out your going to have to deposit.

Casino Moons is one of the few providers that operate on TopGame software. They have a decent looking Lobby screen with very easy to navigate or to find all the important info's that a player can look for. It’s nice of them to provide a short demo tour to introduce themselves and a little tutorial to help the rookies how to use the casino software and what are the settings options. As a TopGame casino they don’t have a large selection of games (only 30 video slots, 2 roulette and 1 keno are in their repertoire). Basically, they offer a little bit of everything not giving a truly chance for a real choice. I like their Lost Inca’s Gold 25-line slot the most, which has (as its name suggests) a theme built around the rainforest, ancient treasures, extinct civilization. It features treasure maps as scatters, wild symbols and a great bonus when 3 or more treasure chests trigger the ’Lost Inca’s Gold’ bonus game. I consider it a very enjoyable game to play with.

I think their weakest link is the process of withdrawal. I understand the importance of the security but they have some unnecessary steps. The payouts are reviewed only from Sunday to Thursday and once it’s approved the payout takes 12-14 business days to be finalized. The minimum withdrawal amount is €50, only one cashout approval allowed per week and only one request including all other sites operated by Winward Group. Besides the standard documents (which must be provided them EVERY year) they also require a copy of telephone bill and they may call the player to verify the phone is in working order.

Apart from the very strict withdrawal rules (if it wouldn’t be so complicated maybe I’d see myself as a regular player of them) and the limitation of the available games, the Casino Moons is a very decent casino.
