Casino Moons - 4000AUD Withdrawal declined & 3 times Account Verification

Submitted withdrawal request for $4000 on the fifth day it was declined. The excuse was they didn’t have proof of ownership of payment method. They requested a bank statement so I sent bank statements for all 3 cards I have on file and then resubmitted withdrawal request.

4 days after submitting the new request I accidentally cancelled it. So I decided to resubmit but change the payout method from wire transfer to Bitcoin. They say the Bitcoin transfer is instant once approved compared to up to 15 days for wire transfer. Then of course on day 5 again I receive an email saying withdrawal declined due to not having credit card vouchers on my account. Are they serious ?? Why was I not advised of this last time. They told me they only needed bank statements. So I go ahead and complete the vouchers for all cards on file and email a scanned copy with photo Id and copy of credit cards. I then ask via email if any more documents proving my id and ownership of accounts is required and I’m told no I’m fully verified so I go ahead and resubmit the withdrawal request for a 3rd time.

On day 3 of the new request I get an email saying declined again. This time for account verification - apparently it’s random selection.

This is absolutely disgusting. It is just another tactic to delay the withdrawal process and not have to pay. I have emailed several times asking why all of a sudden I have to provide all these proof of ownership documents, ID, bank statements and the list goes on but when I comes to me depositing they are more than happy to take my money with absolutely no questions asked and no ID or proof of ownership required. No one has bothered to answer that one.

I’m appalled at the delay tactics used when it comes to them paying out money. I just want to be paid what is rightfully mine and if they keep stalling or refuse I will be disputing all transactions made with my bank and reporting them as fraud.

Still one of my first stops on the weekends as the winterraces promotion pays out to 20th place on some races and its easy to place in these.

They cancelled my first withdrawal with no contact nothing. Three days I waiting and then the money was back in the account, I have had to make another request and email their accounting team. The girls on the chat are hopeless.

After 2 years of being cut off from Casino Moons, accessibility has now been restored and I am able to access the casino once again. Not that I want to rejoin the casino after closing my account about 9 years ago, it's just to let others in a similar situation to know that it is now possible to get into the casino again. As for me, nope, I will not rejoin Casino Moons, because that blanket closure is still in place, with no reasons to remove it.

Nonetheless, it is worthwhile to say that Casino Moons was one of the better casinos amongst Winward's group of casinos, at that moment in time. When I requested for a permanent closure of my account, the casino manager was very sympathetic and he tried his best to persuade me not to close the account but to continue on playing. But my rage was just too furious at that moment, so I gently refused his persuasions. None of the other casino managers even tried to persuade me...they obligingly closed my account for me! That's how much they cared for their customers! I was actually quite reluctant to close my Casino Moons account, but a blanket decision remained a blanket decision. Just too bad for Casino Moons.

Today, after revisiting the casino's website, I noticed the slight changes in the Bonus terms and T&C, but generally, the terms are still not to my liking, and the selection of games is still way behind. The more popular and established game providers are not in the list either and that would make a lot of difference to discerning players, like me. Nonetheless, TopGame casinos still have a very long way to go to catch up with the other casinos, especially where speed of payments is concerned. My past experiences ranged from 2 weeks up to over 3 months, and that is totally unacceptable by today's standards. Can TopGame casinos ever make 1-day withdrawals? Hmm...most probably unlikely, unless you are a top VIP member there, just like as with Playtech casinos and a few others too. So, wake me up when they do! Hahaha.

Casino Moons offer games from Parlay, Rival, Betsoft, Pragmatic Play (Topgame) and Visionary iGaming software providers. I registered at their casino a few weeks ago, I was searching for some no deposit bonuses and I found some bonus code for 25$ bonus cash, without any deposit needed. Well most of the time I play this kind of software games with bonus cash, I usually never play with my own money. The only reason is because I do not like this kind of games so much, I prefer to play others more.

After I created account the bonus cash was credited into my balance. I started to play some Betsoft games, but I did not have any big luck on them. I played around an hour before I lost all the bonus cash. When my balance increased, I raised also my bet. The only reason was because the W.R for the bonus was high, and I tried to complete wagering as soon as possible. I have to say that I do not like no deposit bonuses very much these days, because of high W.R. and after you finish you can withdrawal only small winnings. Hmmm... otherwise I had some good time playing with free cash.

I think casino moons is ok casino, but I did not see anything special about it. The website is ok, promotions ok. They could offer something which would attractive me more to play there. Well I am not really big fan of this software providers. But I believe some players are.

I was playing Titanium roulette I bet 60 dollars after playing for a while, I bet the 60 dollars on a high number the wheel showed 0 and the board showed 5 I didn't think anything of it because either way I lost that bet. Then I bet 500 dollars on low number and the wheel showed 29 but again the board showed 5. I took pictures and they will be posted on Twitter Facebook Instagram and also any review site I can find. I see many Top Games casino here at AskGamblers and other sites offering free chips from any TopGame casino, but what’s bothers me is the info about those no deposit bonuses. They are giving 20$ or more free chips, but the question are their withdrawal! I guess they are not.
