Payouts do happen, apparently. Heard from a friend. However I was not lucky enough to get paid what I won.
Casino extreme is great at feeding you breakfasts and “tomorrows”. Sure, they’ll always take your money, but when it’s time to withdraw, they’ll do their “account review” first. In my case, I apparently broke their rules, which were “multiple accounts” and “one bonus per account”. They connected my account to my roommate’s account and put it on long “review”. I tried explaining that at the time when both accounts were open we were not members of same household and have documentation to prove it. Did they want it? Nope. No reaction. That was when my now roommate made one and only deposit and we became members of same household after that and my roommate hasn’t played since then. The only response to my arguments was “we’ll get back to you with resolution “in couple days” and “tomorrow”. Needless to say no one got back to me tomorrow or in couple days. Chat was also unhelpful. One day it was “the only way to verify is via email and you must wait”, another day it was “I can’t find anyone from that department to connect you”. Finally after 11 days of waiting I logged on, played my $3800 balance down and forgot about this so called casino. Never again.

The payouts are incredibly fast as I received two payouts within an hour into by bitcoin account and back in my checking account in 1 or 2 business days. The verification process was very thorough and it took a few days but a minor inconvenience. I lost a few hundred and then took the cash back bonus and hit for almost the maximum and withdrew it.I then redeposited and hit for over $1000 and was able to withdrawal that immediately. Why would you play at another casino! The customer service was good as well.
