I simply need to change my email on file to receive my confirmation to withdraw. But I can’t withdraw because they won’t change my email address and I don’t have access to my prior one. I’ve had over 7 different exchanges with their customer service reps, only to be ignored EVERY time once they see I have a withdraw-able balance. Extreme casino is a joke.

This complaint has been reopened as per Casino Extreme request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

To start off, we'd like to thank AskGamblers for reopening the grievance and allowing us a chance to resolve the issue.
NIKOLI88, please accept our apologies for not replying to your grievance in a timely fashion.


The Management has reviewed your account, and as we can see your e-mail address was successfully updated on 12/6/2022.
Although the request was handled within the standard timeframe, we'd still like to offer a $50.00 chip due to not replying to your grievance the first time around, and as a small token of appreciation.
