I have not received my spinner tournament reward as the casinos terms and conditions and tournament rules state and promise that all prizes will be credited on Wednesdays. This happens very frequently at this casino. This is the 3rd time I have not received my spinner rewards.

I won 1st place twice and was never credited the $400 cash reward either time. Management and live chat gave me the run around for days until I finally gave up. This time it was $100 chip. So total, $900.00 This is getting old.

I've lost over $300,000.00 at all 3 of their casinos over the last 10 months and they do nothing to reward their loyal players other than give you a free $10, $20 or $50 chip here and there if you complain, which does nothing when you deposit thousands and thousands of dollars every single day. You deposit sooo much and lose it all, that you win their tournaments and then they don't even pay you that!!

Please note that your account has been reviewed and we have noticed that your Spinner Winner tournament reward has already been credited by our Promotions Department.

As per the terms of the Tournament, the reward for being in 4th place is a $150.00 cash reward. Below, you may see the link to the Tournament and also, you may see a screenshot of your account attached that show the reward being credited. Furthermore, your account was also reviewed for previous Spinner Winner rewards and we see that you have received cash rewards on 1/11/2023 and 12/21/2022 as well. Hence, we are unsure as to when has the Casino supposedly not honored any of the Tournament winners.
If possible, please provide more details so we can review the Tournament and your account as well for those dates.

I've had to message management so many times about not receiving tournament reward that I can't even remember what dates I didn't receive them. It was 2 times i won first place sometime between September and November. I did receive the $150 but not the other $800.

Please note that we are unable to perform an investigation without any additional details provided from your side. The initial timeframe you have mentioned has been reviewed and we have not come across any irregularities. By simple stating that you do not agree with our findings, unfortunately, does not give us much to go on.

Furthermore, we must emphasize that Tournament results are not saved indefinitely and have a time limit as to how long they can be revisited.

Please provide more information so an investigation can be performed.
