9. This point there are several contacts to 24/7 chat to try figure out when the winnings are coming. Customer support confirms that my documents are being verified and my they are working with my withdrawal request: date is 14. of February
10. I get email from "financial department" that my withdrawal request have been processed(it's Sunday): date is 16. of February
11. Read withdrawal T&C once again, and it says that withdraw with takes Neteller: 1 business day, it's Sunday so wait for Tuesday: date is 16. of February
12. It's Tuesday afternoon and I haven't got any money from casino. Go ask again in 24/7 chat is there a problem? There isn't problems and my winnings are ready to be paid. Then customer service person says, that I still have to wait for maximum of few days : date is 18. of February
13. It's now Wednesday 19. of February. It's been 12 days from original date of withdrawal request. It's been over a week from the point casino verified they had all the documents needed for payment. It's been four days from date when my withdraw was accepted. It's third business day after verification of payment, and I'm still waiting.

Long story short: 12 days and counting, no winnings paid to winner and casino doesn't follow it's own T&C:s regarding withdrawal. It really doesn't take more than a moment to transfer money via Neteller.

Dingo casino’s welcome bonus is so generous that I got to play almost every game throughout my first week and I still have some cash bonus to spare. Sure, they come with high requirements but I’m a high roller and I enjoyed every cent spent.

I don’t recognise any of the game providers featured at the home page. I’m happy to have found new games to play but their games look like cheap knockoffs of the titles I do know from other casinos.

There are not too many pros on this casino. 1 star is the maximum i can give. One good thing was that they have many payment options (not trustly)...

My 300€ withdrawal get rejected without any real reason. I wagered my bonus money correctly low bets in bonus games. Live chat is useless, they cant answear any questions and when you try to contact with email, you dont even get answear at all.

Pages work quite well on mobile phone and in computer pages are really fast to browse. Also customer service via chat is fast to answer. And you can download all the chat text to yourself.

I do dislike Terms & Conditions that can be understand too many ways. They should be more specific and simpler.
Support via email is really really slow. Takes about 5 days to get answer, if you even get the answer at all. Only way to know your wagering status is to ask it in chat.

Bonus offerings do not match with what they advertise. If you get the bonus, it can only be played in few very antic looking online slot. Not any slot on the site.

Withdrawing winnings is total pain in the *ss. No less than week seems to be possible to get your winnings paid out. You can imagine how long it actually takes the money to come your account.

So be warned if you want to play in Casino Dingo.

The initial bonus was generous. I only joined this evening and made a $60 deposit which gave me $210 in real money and bonus money.
Didn’t wait long for live support to connect with me.

The bonus money needs to be played on bonus games which are difficult to find, so I went to the T&C ( sometimes the T&C’s are so comprehensive that they list all the bonus games-not casino dingo.) Infact the withdrawal policy and the bonus T&C’s are completely different documents and while it says in the general T&C that these documents are readily available the links just returned me to the lobby time after time regardless of which browser I used. So I contacted live support- And he was short and frosty telling me to “just wait” and he began one interaction with “Listen”. So as a person who tries to get value for dollar I think my simplest option is to just play with the $$ ive deposited then close the account. This feels like any problem will be made difficult to resolve regardless of what it is.

Quick deposits... The fun thing is that you need the positive part longer to allow it to use it as a review. Thats funny because there isn't really anything other good about this site.

It's really the worst casino ever.
Everything you don't want as a gambler.

They give nice bonuses (atleast you are made to think that). Impossible to wager it. This is nothing new, but on this casino even when you played over and over, they never let you withdraw. When you contact support about it they say you need to verify. You do al that what they say, and still the same excuses! Nothing, lol only thing they want is you to play more. In the end you lose it, cause they never allow.

When you are sick of playing and want to leave the site, instead of willing your request and exclude. They give extra bonuses and free money to lure you back in. Worst site ever, and for sure not trustworthy!

LONG withdrawal time:On my 2nd withdrawal request (I waited as I understand it is 3-5days waiting time) I was told that I was not ACTIVE enough for my withdrawal to be processed! Please deposit more funds and play and then maybe they can extradite the withdraw request!!!!! I play for entertainment and not to become some gambling addict!

My withdraw request was below the $5000AUD per month limit as well. I am withdrawing $2.7k and they will only process $1000 and the balance with take 30 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!! (they use the T&Cs as an excuse) unless I deposit more funds and MAYBE they can speed up the process for the balance.

Is this good business practice??I DONT THINK SO! Are they trying to attract new players or want to scare players away with such ridiculous limits!
