Played a few games and won some money over a week ago, was delighted and decided to withdraw some of my winnings. 9 days later I noticed I had not yet received my winning so logged into my account and my withdrawal is still pending even though my account has been verified and I made the withdrawal 9 days ago...... contacted a live agent to see what the delay was and they informed my that my withdrawal has been approved,, I didnt receive an email to tell me this and when I asked the live agent if I could have an email sent to me confirming this I was told that I would receive an email once my withdrawal had been paid. I specifically asked if I could get an email to confirm my withdrawal had been approved and the answer was pretty much no. I became suspicious of the answers I was getting from the live agent as she seemed to be giving me a different answer each time so I asked her how long would the withdrawal take to reach my bank considerimg it was approved today and she told me it would take 15 days or more!! I thought she was playing a prank but no, 15 days or more was my answer. I checked they terms and conditions and these time frames do not match up at all! I am starting to thing i am not going to get paid at all! Extremely unhappy

I was paid my winnings today. Only complaint I have now is that the live chat is appalling. No live agent seems to know what they're talking about! All live agents were giving me different answers to the same question.
