Hello I went on this site after an email I got obviously didn’t know the history on this site or I would never been on here but lesson learnt. I deposited £100 and €414.82 withdrawal it and got an email saying today that they will not be paying me and they have the right to keep the money please can some help with this it criminal

terrible casino committing bank fraud, entered my details was unable to deposit, a couple of days later received a call from my bank telling me someone had tried to make purchases of clothing and items using my card details. 100% sure it was this site, as i hadn't used my card in any physical machines for months and hadn't entered my details online anywhere else for quite some time.

At the start, all seemed well. Then I tried to cash in my pofit of 950 Euros. I received an email, simply stating that my withdrawal had been rejected ( without any explanation ). I dislike the lack of replies to my emails and the fact that I received no help from their online support team. I thought these games are not paying out at all and like most gamblers kept trying, I then came to my senses and thought there is something wrong with this site, I asked in chat for my account to be closed. I wanted to close it straight away but was told I had to send an email, I tried looking at their responsible gambling link but it took me straight back to the playing page. There was no where I could shut my account, I sent an email on 25/10/17 and went on a few days later and it was still not closed, I then stupidly played again which is obviously what they wanted, I argued with the person in chat to get my account closed because I have a gambling problem and needed it closed straight away eventually she closed it, after 6 more attempts of sending emails I eventually got an email back 2 1/2 weeks later saying my account was now closed, but I have since found out that cashpot we’re breaking the law by letting me play because I am from the uk and that they have been blacklisted. I saw that there was a 300% bonus and thought I'd give it a go, it took my around 5 minutes betting around 2-5 euro to lose 600 euro, didn't see a bonus symbol once, it just didn't seem right I literally had around 40 dead spins in a row, changed slot and the same happened again, changed slot and the same happened again, I went on support and asked them to close my account as I wouldn't be putting any more money onto this site, they questioned me as to why I wanted to close the account, I told them why, to which I got abuse saying "you dont bet smart its your own fault I can see your gaming history".. I am really surprise after checking the review page for CashPot casino and see the yellow banner for the fact they are under investigation.

They were one of the only Gametech group casinos that I came across that had the Askgamblers certificate of trust a few weeks ago. Cashpot is a casino that was added to AskGamblers only a few days ago. I saw that they were powered by Netent, Betsoft and other softwares but what made me cautious immediately was the fact that they are one of Gametech group casinos.
