Waiting several days for a response or solution

Hello, my name is < personal info removed > I registered a month ago at the betting house with the name CASHPOt.RO I placed a barium after which I I played at the casino live baccarat and when I withdrew the money they asked me for documents, I said ok, I sent them and the documents were checked and approved a few hours later, after which they told me that they would approve my withdrawal within 12 hours, but 3 days have passed already, they don't even answer my email, and they haven't given me the money either

the account is open but the withdrawal has been pending for a few days and I can't find out what the situation is or if anything else is being asked of me, absolutely nothing because no one is answering me and even if they do answer me I'm just saying that in a few hours I will I receive a reply by email, but for 3 days like that, I haven't received any massage from them

Please solve something with them because they don't behave well with their customers at all

Hello, I haven't received any response from casino cashpot, the last message from them was that the withdrawal is being checked, but it's already been a week since it was being checked, and the documents I sent were approved by me.
