I’ve been playing different casinos for a really long time, so I don’t think I’ve found something new, that can really surprise me. But anyway, I’ve found Buran Casino really worth speaking about. The first thing worth saying is that this site looks quite modern and beautiful, just like I prefer. Also many nice slots, chances to win and so on, can’t even say something bad, support is also ok, sometimes a bit slow, but agents help anyway.
Quite strange withdrawal system, and also a bit slow, but anyway exists and of course you can withdraw your winnings.
I really enjoy playing this Casino. The design seems to be great and modern but at the same time it doesn’t stick out and distract me from playing.
Also I was surprised by the bonus system, which is quite loyal. For example, I got 100 % for my deposit, which was 50 EUR, and 200 spins on top, all in once. Seems like quite a bargain!

I make the withdraw on 19.01.2018 and today is 22.01.2018. Their withdrawal policy is embarrassing. I made a withdrawal of 700 euros, and they split my withdrawal in 5 parts 150/150/150/150/100. Why, I really do not understand, when in their rules it is clear that the limit is 10000 euros per month. They asked for selfie with my ID and driving license, and after they split my withdraw in 5 parts.
Acceptance of a withdrawal take very long. I think they want you to revers your withdraw to lose all the money. For 700EURO, I need to w8, 7 day. They have little to ask for pictures of personal things just to aggravate the withdrawal process. So take care of them.

Started off pretty well when this casino was new, everything seemed pretty good. Live chat was quick and agents were friendly. Service was quick and efficient. Bonuses offered were interesting. However, now its getting bad to worse.
Seems like they are not able to handle any more customers. The live chat is understaffed and it takes ages to get a query resolved. I have waited for close to an hour just to claim a promotion. That's ridiculous. The chat agents are rude, they change the promotion terms at their own convenience. For eg: I was offered a bonus of 60% and 60 free spins. When I claimed the bonus via live chat I was told the free spins could be claimed once I exhaust my bonus money... to which I demanded an explanation as nothing as such was communicated via email. The live chat agent was quick to resolve this and added just 30 free spins and I was told the rest would be added the following day. I think I am done with this Casino.
