Buran Casino - Delaying verification and payment
Hello guys.
I want to open this complaint because I feel more secure having it open since I won a large amount of money and I'm trying now to withdraw my winnings.
So let's start... Today I made my first deposit ever on BuranCasino using 100% bonus, which I got a huge win of +2,800€. Since I didn't even touch the bonus balance, live support told me they could cancel the bonus and all the money would be transfered to my real balance. That seemed fair to me, so I accepted. After this everything was ok.
So before even trying to withdraw; I knew, of course, I had to send them all my documents. Which I did. As any site I always get easily verified because I have all the information needed. So I sent them.. After that, I received an email saying documents provided weren't enough, only a selfie holding ID or passport with burancasino as background was missing. No problem, I took the selfie and sent them.
Later on, I received an email saying '' in order to withdraw your funds via chosen payment method, you have to make a minimal deposit using this Visa.'' and that I had to send them a photo of the card.
That is very strange to me since my credit card is not VISA, and I had already sent them the card photos.
Of course, by having a MasterCard card i deposited with MasterCard option, I mean... that is obvious.
I think this was a little mistake by them, since all credit cards payment must be designed as VISA, like in my work, when in reality I used a MasterCard credit card to deposit. I mean, I think they can check that the creditcard used to deposit ended on ****7412... (which is my card in my name). I also remember the moment I selected MasterCard as payment option, so there's no denying.
I know this can be a little mistake, but since this is a large amount of money I always get nervous and I'd like to have AskGamblers team supervising my payment.
I have screenshots of everything, my win, bonus balance not being touched, emails, everything. I even recorded my live support chat when he told me they could cancel the bonus and put all the money in real balance since I didn't use the bonus.
As I said, I know this can be a little mistake by them, but I don't care.
I don't want to be scammed or whatsoever.

BuranCasino - Refusing to verify documents, pending withdrawal
I have been trying to get my account verified since mid April. Costumer support started out with requesting one set of documents, then I was told by KYC to send in another set of documents which I then did and never heard back from them after that. I contacted support that then told me to send another set of different documents, which I then did. Another week went by and I heard nothing, then I contacted support again which then told me to send THE SAME documents I had already sent, again. I told them they were already sent, so they told me to send another set of different documents.. which I again did. Pretty nice casino, also with pretty nice design! There are many promotions, bonuses, also free spins, that just don’t let you stop playing and depositing :) I did really like bonus system, you just deposit and contact chat consultants, i did get a big bonus for my first deposit, and then got many interesting offers. I haven’t withdrawn yet, but gonna let you know in the future how it works :)

Had no problems yet, uncomfortable mobile version a little, but doesn’t matter. Think it’s ok here, but of course casino is casino, and be ready to lose your money sometimes.

Quite strange withdrawal system, and also a bit slow, but anyway exists and of course you can withdraw your winnings.

I really enjoy playing this Casino. The design seems to be great and modern but at the same time it doesn’t stick out and distract me from playing.

Also I was surprised by the bonus system, which is quite loyal. For example, I got 100 % for my deposit, which was 50 EUR, and 200 spins on top, all in once. Seems like quite a bargain!

The Live Chat was really helpful and nice. I liked the clearness and they helped me with my issue really fast. And the last but not least, the selection of slots! I play in different Casinos for few years, but I think I finally found the one, where all my favorite slots are at one site.

Actually I can’t name any disadvantages. Once, my bonus wasn’t credited automatically, but I solved it in live chat quickly and continued playing.

I make the withdraw on 19.01.2018 and today is 22.01.2018. Their withdrawal policy is embarrassing. I made a withdrawal of 700 euros, and they split my withdrawal in 5 parts 150/150/150/150/100. Why, I really do not understand, when in their rules it is clear that the limit is 10000 euros per month. They asked for selfie with my ID and driving license, and after they split my withdraw in 5 parts.

Acceptance of a withdrawal take very long. I think they want you to revers your withdraw to lose all the money. For 700EURO, I need to w8, 7 day. They have little to ask for pictures of personal things just to aggravate the withdrawal process. So take care of them.

Started off pretty well when this casino was new, everything seemed pretty good. Live chat was quick and agents were friendly. Service was quick and efficient. Bonuses offered were interesting. However, now its getting bad to worse.

Seems like they are not able to handle any more customers. The live chat is understaffed and it takes ages to get a query resolved. I have waited for close to an hour just to claim a promotion. That's ridiculous. The chat agents are rude, they change the promotion terms at their own convenience. For eg: I was offered a bonus of 60% and 60 free spins. When I claimed the bonus via live chat I was told the free spins could be claimed once I exhaust my bonus money... to which I demanded an explanation as nothing as such was communicated via email. The live chat agent was quick to resolve this and added just 30 free spins and I was told the rest would be added the following day. I think I am done with this Casino. There is absolutely no clarity in their communication, whether it is by email or via live chat. Be aware, play at your own risk and be prepared to wait for hours at the live chat as you are unable to claim a promotion via a promo code. We are better off with Casinos which offers better services. Very disappointed.

Let's get to the point here. Verification on my account was so fast I had to blink and read it twice! lol. Game selection was top notch! Won $700eu kept playing down to $500eu and made a withdrawal! So can't comment on time yet but looks good so far.

Created an account today and put in 500sek! Got a nice bonus of 100% and 50 free spins and the Aloha slot from Netent! Managed to win up to 9300sek when my wager was done! Made a withdrawal of 9000kr and sent my documents! Did not take long for them to be approved. Right now I'm waiting for my withdrawal, supposing it's coming soon.

Buran casino is one of the latest added casinos on askgamblers and that's how I heard about them the first time. I saw that they were added and as I am always interested to explore new sites, I took a look at what they've got to offer.

I liked the fact that they offer many software providers, including Microgaming, Quickspin and others. They also have a nice welcome bonus package where for first deposit you get 100% match with 40x bonus wagering.

After doing a little digging, I came across an exclusive free spins offer for new players. In order to get them, I should register an account and provide live support with the bonus code. So I did exactly that. The support was very kind to me and told me I had to fill in my account details first. I did it and the support was still on the chat  line, patiently waiting. After that I got 30 free spins added on the game 7 Monkeys from Pragmatic Play. Support left me with a very good first impression.
