Buran Casino for me is good place. I played here because I saw my buddy play there, but I didn't enjoy it as much as he did. For me this casino didn't stand out with anything, not bonuses, not a cool loyalty, not some crazy new providers I haven't seen. Nothing special, but at the same time the quality of what they got is good. I can point out a very good choice of payment methods and pretty reliable withdrawals. and thats about it. The design feels very crowded. Everything on top of everything and no space in between (personal opinion), but I guess not hard to figure out where stuff is. I liked the game choice and visual of casino. I liked the first deposit offer (what later I found to be just trisck to lure unsuspected clients into their casino)

I disliked first and main thing what came unexpectedly. I deposited 75 EUR and stright away freespins offer jumped on my screen. I thought ok, and started playing some game, I think 20 spins. I used them and after that was looking to activate my bonus what should be credited somewhere as offer granted. As I didnt found the offer, I contacted live chat. Support is very helpful.
The design is OK.
Large number of games.

1. The cash out is a nightmare, a real nightmare. Finance department is 0/10. A big zero. Your cash out is in pending status for days or weeks. Documents were asked after the third day and then nothing happened, just got an email I will get my money in the next 3 days.
2. I missed a lot of deposit bonuses and free spins because I had an active cash out. Nonsense.
3. VIP program is a joke. 100 points = 1 forint = 0,000028 euro. 1st of April is already passed.
4. The cash out limit is also a joke. I know it is in the casino rule, but if you win for example 5000 euro and want to make a cash out, it will take months to get it.
Not recommended.

Really interactive casino with a modern look and lots of games and providers. The live support is also very helpful so my problems are solved most of the times.

I am actually enjoying this casino, all its faults considered. The waiting period is slow compared to some of the other casinos I've tried. It might be third-party problems but if you could fix that the casino would be a lot better.

I selected this casino cause of their great selection of games. You can also select provider in the search bar and that's something i really feel its a must to have. No one remembers all the slots names.

As i suspected this is a sister casino of Zulabet and Libra.
You deposit and get confirmation not only from the casino but a mail as well.
No money shows up in the account and the livechat cant do a thing.
They need to send this to the financial department and you need to wait. Last time i had to wait 12 hours for my deposit and now i did it again :)

This casino is checking withdrawals very slowly. Approving withdrawal takes almost one week and not 24 hours like they say on their website. That is the big reason why i don't like playing on this casino.

I liked the 100% bonus on the first deposit, and the 200 free spins.

I disliked that I chose this casino on the basis that it had decent reviews and accepted Idebit for both deposits and withdrawals, only to discover after depositing with Idebit it does not, in fact, accept withdrawals via Idebit. This doesn't make sense to me. I don't appreciate being offered a multitude of free spins, only to be spoon fed 20 at a time over a period of days, and having to contact chat each time. Like a child asking for a cookie. It's degrading and time consuming. I don't like being told on chat that to close my account I have to send an email explaining why, and that by doing so I am basically signing a disclaimer that I have no complaints with management.

Nothing positive I can say about the casino. They make anything possible to make you unable to withdraw any winnings.

The casino is doing anything possible to make you not be able to withdraw your winnings. First, their terms and conditions are made to make you only be able to request withdraw a maximum of 500euro/day. It takes another 24 (business hours, which means up to 3 business days) to approve/disapprove your request. Only then you are able to request another 500 euro. After waiting for a week to request a total of 1000 euro withdraw (2x500), eventually, they canceled it for no reason, asking me to make it 4x250 (ARE YOU SERIOUS?). This automatically made me be able to request only 2x250 euro today and then will have to wait for a few more days to be able to request another 2x250 euro. This casino is such a SCAM.

Buran casino is one of the Araxio NV group of casinos with a Curacao casino license. I think even though they do not have Malta they can be trusted, as I know of a few people who made successful withdrawals within 24 hour frame so that is all good.

I signed up at this casino more than a year ago and claim so no deposit bonus freebie. I think it was 20 or 25 free spins, but do not get excited, as those spins were on one of Red Rake gaming slots, which means you get a bet value of $0.06 per spin on 30 pay line slot. I remember playing at their sister website 200 spins with that bet and won less than $3.00 hehe. I did not end up winning much, which means wagering was not completed.

A few weeks back I decided to claim the welcome offer. 200% with 200 free spins on God's temple, arrrg what an awful slot. I lost the bonus funds in less than 1 hour and did not manage to make cash out from free spins either.

Support is good and very responsive. I think they really do in fact have 24 hour support and I they have their line of wording/talking. Pretty nice casino, also with pretty nice design! There are many promotions, bonuses, also free spins, that just don’t let you stop playing and depositing :) I did really like bonus system, you just deposit and contact chat consultants, i did get a big bonus for my first deposit, and then got many interesting offers. I make the withdraw on 19.01.2018 and today is 22.01.2018. Their withdrawal policy is embarrassing. I made a withdrawal of 700 euros, and they split my withdrawal in 5 parts 150/150/150/150/100. Why, I really do not understand, when in their rules it is clear that the limit is 10000 euros per month. They asked for selfie with my ID and driving license, and after they split my withdraw in 5 parts.

Acceptance of a withdrawal take very long. I think they want you to revers your withdraw to lose all the money. For 700EURO, I need to w8, 7 day. They have little to ask for pictures of personal things just to aggravate the withdrawal process. So take care of them.

Started off pretty well when this casino was new, everything seemed pretty good. Live chat was quick and agents were friendly. Service was quick and efficient. Bonuses offered were interesting. However, now its getting bad to worse.

Seems like they are not able to handle any more customers. The live chat is understaffed and it takes ages to get a query resolved. I have waited for close to an hour just to claim a promotion. That's ridiculous. The chat agents are rude, they change the promotion terms at their own convenience. For eg: I was offered a bonus of 60% and 60 free spins. When I claimed the bonus via live chat I was told the free spins could be claimed once I exhaust my bonus money... to which I demanded an explanation as nothing as such was communicated via email. The live chat agent was quick to resolve this and added just 30 free spins and I was told the rest would be added the following day. I think I am done with this Casino. There is absolutely no clarity in their communication, whether it is by email or via live chat. Be aware, play at your own risk and be prepared to wait for hours at the live chat as you are unable to claim a promotion via a promo code. We are better off with Casinos which offers better services. Very disappointed.
