The casino layout and speed of loading was nice...
The customer service level was absolutely terrible. There are no Native English speakers on their team. Their Banks Transfer Withdrawal form makes no sense. They ask for the BSB and Account Numbers to be put in a single line on a single field. Which just makes it an entire series of numbers and they assured me that it would not fail though I think it will.
I asked them how long it takes to process withdrawals. They said the status would be approved when the money reaches my account, which makes no sense. They still do not fully understand the question.
There is no way to escalate any complaints or questions. The general support staff know very little about the casino and its processes. It is impossible to contact the banking team. There is no telephone number. I highly doubt I am going to receive this withdrawal.

Terrible casino that's advertising false no deposit spins promotion. Customer support was lackluster, the "support" guy was rude and closed the chat while I was typing something, he could not have cared less. Certainly not a casino I can recommend to anybody.

As a popular and well established casino, my expectation from Betchan was high but sad to say my experience here is really negative, my best wishes for Betchan casino.
Welcome bonus offer is similar like other Direx N.V casinos. While depositing for the 1st time I used code berlin for 100% and 30 free spin, but after deposit the bonus didn't triggered so contacted live chat and they added the bonus manually. Lost the 1st deposit very quickly, that's ok.
After a week I decided to give another try, so for 50% and 30 free spin I used code Oslo, but like 1st time the bonus not triggered, so I knocked in live chat but they were busy I was put in waiting no 8 and the estimated waiting time was 15 min, its ok busy hours I can understand. I knocked live chat this time I was in waiting serial no 3 and then suddenly my internet connection gone so I left and comeback at night logged in and knocked live chat and shared my situation and requested for 30 free spin, 1st he said I didn't put the code while depositing which not correct. Same thing happened on 1st deposit but he said for 2nd deposit I didn't used code and he can not allow me 30 free spins.

Many games to play from, very few games that do not work or have errors graphically the games are quite nice.
This casino continuous to be annoying, they suddenly dropped the trusly cashout option, they have very slow message/support department. Also the blackjack games are really strange and give multiple errors and winning outcome is very much in favor of the dealer. Also they promise specific bonusses and cash back but than you suddenly get much less than you should with some excuse and also the cash back has wagering requirements which is really strange.

As for the welcome bonus, i loved the fact that i got the bonus straight after i made my first deposit, no bonus code needed or anything.
As my own experience, i made a 25 euro deposit and managed to get 1100 euro on my account wich i could cashout.
The withdrawal process looked kinda shady at first.
Ive chosen to withdraw with direct bank transfer, but i had no idea wich details the casino was looking for, resulting in a rejected withdrawal for 6 times.
Now, within 5 days after playing ive received my 1100 euro!

Since playing with Betchan Casino they have been very responsive and helpful. I can get very forgetful in adding a bonus code before payment but everytime I have gone to their online help they have provided such great customer service.
