I have deposited 20€ via revolute online banking with payment confirmation from the bank and statement that it was send directly to the exact address, but I never received the money in my account.
Asked several times to clear it up with the statement from the bank and they said they have to find the money by the financial support team and they will contact me. Never got a response.
Asked over 20 times, after weeks each request, always said I should ask later for it.

Nothing to dislike do far. All slots work properly and never had RTP issue so far on slots. Bonus offers are not that regular though but doesn't matter to me, as I don't prefer to play with bonuses.

Would say it is a quite easy and nice casino with many thing to like, but lack of some common features like no deposit bonus and sport betting games in my opinion.

Literally the worst casino I have played on and I'm not even exaggerating!

First of all, if you get lucky and hit something the withdrawal will take approximately a month, don't even get lured about their ToS & Payment Policies. They are doing only small cashouts for like 100-300 EUR depending on your win. They will stall as much as possible so you can get annoyed, play, and lose your winnings. I'm speaking from experience - I have waited 29 days to get my withdrawal request of 1700 EUR and I got it spread over 5-10 days sending every 1-2 days by a bit....

Second - Their deposits are not instant. I have several cases where I deposit money and my account doesn't get charged, it stays pending for hours/days. The last and the most disappointing attempt was yesterday - I've deposited 200 EUR via NETELLER and of course, the transaction was sent&processed immediately, but it stayed in pending status for straight ~20 hours then got discarded... and guess what, you gotta get in touch with the financial department that I'm also talking about a bit below. Literally the first and the only casino I see that deposits are not instant especially Neteller, still can't believe it.

Third - Their support is probably the only casino support that not only has no idea what is going on and how they can help you but half of the time they're not even responding to your requests.

Fourth - The so-called "VIP Managers" will try to lure you with some supposedly good bonuses, like here is a personal bonus for you it's an X % but they don't share with you neither the ToS nor the bonus policy when you deposit you see they have like 50x wager requirement + max bet limit(2 EUR at best).

Fifth - Most of the games(90%+) are locked if you have an active bonus, aka you can only play the non-fun games. Forget about providers like NoLimit, PlayNGo, Pragmatic, etc.

Sixth - You can't get in touch with their "financial team". The only thing you can do besides waiting and doing nothing is to keep spamming the support if you have an issue, but let God be with you if your issue is tied to the financial department.

The overall design of the site looks awesome and it's easy to navigate and find anything you need, the good thing about this casino is that they have loot boxes for more fun and you'll get always something after opening them.

Personally I really can't think of anything at the moment. I could not find Zillion games, but I managed to find some other games to play like Yggdrasil and Netent with some good multipliers. In general no negative experience whatsoever.
