Stalling verification and not answering my concerned questions

Hello

I have been receiving "sign up now" email offers from Astralbet since 2017. I finally registered and played with their welcome offer on April 17th.

On my third deposit I won about 7000$ playing a few games. I requested my withdrawal the same day and did not hear from them for a good week.

I emailed them on April 22 regarding my withdrawal, and they responded by congratulating me and asking for the verification documents, which were provided the same day.


From April 22 to May 10 they have asked for numerous documents.

For every email they would always ask for a new document or picture, which was provided.

April 30 they asked for Notarised documents. To which I provided them On May 1st 2019. They asked me to wait 5 business days.

On May 10 I received this email :

" We would like to inform our Risk/Fraud Department conducted a thorough review of your notarized documents and they have successfully validated.

Furthermore, as an online casino operator, we are obligated to know that the source of the funds that you use to play with are legitimate. We take responsible gaming very seriously and aim to protect our players as much as possible.

What we need (any of the following):

A link to a website showing you in some employee/employer/executive or ownership capacity

A full copy of your pay slip

Proof of sale of shares

Proof of sale of property or properties

Inheritance (a copy of the executor’s letter showing you as the beneficiary and amount, and a copy of a bank statement showing the funds being received from the executors account)

Dividends or shares from a company (a copy of your dividend certificate, and a copy of a bank statement showing the money being received from the company) "


Each email was upsetting from their team, however I provided all documents without questioning since it is mentioned in their terms to ask for notarised documents.

There is no indication in your terms above where you ask for source of funds.

I have raised numerous questions regarding your unethical practice and regarding my privacy but you failed to reply to any of my concerning questions.

I finally provided a proof of pay slip and have not heard back from them since.

I hope bringing this complaint public can finally solve my issue with this casino.

Some nice games. That's about it already.
They offer a large amount of bonuses but here's where it comes to the negative aspects of this site. Bonus terms are ridiculous.

I deposited 35 euro with 30 spins for hot spin deluxe where I got 15 euro from. After that, I played several games with full contribution to get the wagering done. I played Ramses Book Respins of Amun and that game did not count to wagering. I saw it because of only my real balance was shown. So I thought: Okay you can only play with real money and after a few spins of barely winning anything, I switched to another game with full contribution.
After the wagering was complete, I had 600 euro left to cashout.
They declined the withdrawal and got me my deposit back, because games with 0% contribution are not allowed to play while a bonus is active.
I never saw a rule like that on any other serious casino site. Be absolutely careful.
This company will never see another euro from me.

Astralbet is a casino I only recently joined and for some reason I thought they were a new online casino. Reason for that was quite simple- after being a member at Piggy Bang casino, I received an email from Piggy Bang, introducing me to their sister sites. Not once, not twice but several times- they were quite persistent. Persistent enough that one of their last attempts included 10 no deposit bonus spins after registration. I was under the impression that it might be a new casino they're trying to promote, and I liked Piggy Bang so I decided to give them a go.

I signed up and got the no deposit bonus right away, there was no need to contact support as I had a valid bonus code from my email. I got 10 free spins on some slot that I had never seen before from Isoftbet game provider and it paid just a few cents. I did like the casino layout so I decided to make a deposit. They also offer a welcome bonus but I decided not to take it as I wasn't a fan of their high wagering requirements. I deposited 30eur and started to play Immortal Romance which I hadn't played in a while. 

I didn't have much luck with the slot, I was playing with minimum bets and got a bonus round soon yet it paid a small 10x bet win. Then the game got completely dry and most of my balance vanished. With a few euros left I went to play Book of Dead slot but without any luck at all.

Up until now I didn't notice the fact that they're associated with Wild Jackpots casino. What I dislike about this group is the fact that I even received a welcome offer to join Wild Jackpots casino which I had been a member of for years, it leaves me with an untrustworthy feelings. Although I do like their game selection since they have Netent, Microgaming, Play'n Go and other providers, there wasn't anything about them that wouldn't feel like just another regular casino and with such competition nowadays, I want to see something in higher quality in terms of promotions and user experience, which I didn't get from Astralbet. My session was decent but I probably won't be depositing there again.

I opened the account few weeks ago. Verification went smoothly (within around 24 h) after winning around 2K euro on plus. After my winning I started reading reviews of the casino on this website and few others. I started getting worried as I read that very bad reviews, and people were telling to avoid that one claiming they are scammers which put me in even bigger doubts. My first and next withdrawals went smoothly and it was in my account within 2 working days since casino's approval.

In my case like above all was ok apart one thing, withdrawal pending period 48h - which can overturn into loosing all money. I guess we all know how this can end :) I'd prefer not to be able to cancel withdrawals, or at least not after few hours.

-The bonus system is horrible, when you withdraw you lose ur deposit amount.

- So, when i first played i was allowed to play with normal 2€ bets. On the next day i made deposit and got 75% bonus and started playing same games with same bets, and out of nowhere i got some error message about bet sizes. I went to live chat and this was their response: "Please note that the bet level is calculated by the system with a very complex formula and it updates automatically and daily, according to your game-play". After talking while they told me, that my max bet is 50cents. So If you want to be in control of your bet size, dont play here.

I've been registered for a while to Astralbet, but never really played there. I didn't really wanna play here, because it's blacklisted on Askgamblers, but after hitting my limits on my main casino I decided to give it a shot. Overall the casino is 'pretty nice':

-A nice selection of games
-Great user interface on desktop and mobile
-Responsive support
-Withdrawal time is decent (48h review time though)
-Withdrawal through other option as deposit
-Fast verification

As I've seen many of the positive sides stated above as negatives in the review section I would advice Askgamblers to review this casino one more time and see if it still deserves the 'blacklisted' tag

-Their bonus terms are absolutely disgusting, unfair and confusing. For example: if you deposit 20€ with 50 freespins (10c) and they pay 2€, you will have to wager (22€ x 70) = €1540,- (you can only cancel the bonus if u didn't spin). Even worse is when u deposit 100€ in this situation, you will have to wager (102€ x 70) = €7140 for the same bonus amount! So be very careful with their promotions! The more 'cashbalance' u got, the more u wager.

-Unable to set your own limits. Any casino anno 2019 should have the option to set your own limits. It can only be done by chat/mail.
-VIP program not rewarding at all

I would advice Astralbet to reconsider their bonus terms and add the option to set limits. This is definitely a casino with potential, but those bonus terms are the worst out there.

The operator has NetEnt and Play'n Go as available operators

I requested a permanent closure and the operator did not handle the request, seems the MGA needs to get involved.
Payout rate of slot games are lower than at other operators.
Minimum deposit amount is 20 Euro.
Big warning from my side, did not see the blacklist, Askgamblers should warn more clearly.

Good selection of machines, and thats about it really.

The machines are slow, they dont provide a responsible gaming option other than through the livechat which was unavailable, so the only option there is to send an email, and hope they close the account/set the limits before you lose more than you can chew.

In my first game I won 17000 euro. Unfortunately is a limit 10000 on week so I payed out 10000 and rest I lost in one next day....blind faith its my time...players now what it mean:) Back to the topic deposit was by trustly. Request on withdrawal on 8.30am on monday. Money on my bank account: thursday in last bank session so around 5pm. Support on live chat is realy realy frendly and quickly. They have good bonus and loyalty promotions. I can say YES for play there....but

Sometimes games ale slowly. My internet is fast so it can be servers problem.
